Breakfast wasn't offered and if it was I didn't receive any information about it. There wasn't any coffee or even a coffee pot in our room. The beds, pillows and blankets are uncomfortable. It was a bit cold, cloudy and windy during our stay and it wouldn't been nice if both indoor and outdoor attractions were open.

The staff was helpful. Everything is nearby; shops, restraunts, gas station, the attractions aren't far from the rooms. The attractions were fun.

Carpets, hallways, corners, elevators and more where not swept or vacuumed. Stayed in building 10 which is one of the more secure buildings but it was still quite dirty. Our room itself was clean expect for corners and such. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for.

Access to the water park and theme park & that room keys are now your wristband that you scan to get into the room.

We like to unpack our suitcase and hang our shirts and tops and put other clothes in dresser drawers. There were no dressers in the location we were assigned. Also, no coffee pots in the rooms. Pictures of the rooms on the website are very deceiving.

Hallway lights didn’t work, dark and scary. One ice maker for 4 buildings. The room had AC, but it was in the back by a bedroom so couldn’t feel the cool air in main area. No furniture at all, not even a table. We had to sit on our bed to watch tv, play board games, & eat!

Continently located, walking distance of just about everything! I like room options, & there were so many based on our 6 people occupancy.

No breakfast was kind of a bummer, but expected. A lamp on the table between the beds would be nice. Noisy neighbors, folks taking advantage of the cheaper room option I suppose. All in all, we were satisfied.

Price is the key point. Refrigerator access was nice. Everything was fine. All in all, we were satisfied

Customer service was very poor before we arrived. The beds were very uncomfortable. I didn’t like that you all did not have staff in our building nor do you all have security cameras. Luckily the police circled around our building.. once. Upon returning home I discovered the biggest cock roaches I’ve ever seen in my life. I haven’t called to report it yet but a lot of stuff was thrown out and the bag was destroyed due to us having to sit it outside to allow the bugs to leave. We didn’t think it was appropriate to have us walk from the back of the parking lot through the hotel across the bridge through the game room to get to the pool nor did we like the walk outside. Constructing or not a reasonavle walk path was needed. Oh and a lot of rides were closed.

We loved the water & theme park. The restaurants we visited was not stingy with the food. And some of the experiences at the restaurant a will forever be memorable for my kids & self!

I didn’t like that the staff kept spying on me through The bathroom stole several times they’re lucky I actually didn’t call the cops.

I liked that they were my spacious. I like that they upgraded me when they didn’t have my room available so they righted their wrong. I like that they corrected their mistake and helped me out through the way.

Check in staff were unfriendly- I had a new card due to original card getting hacked and canceled and the staff were not very understanding of that- we asked to confirm our reservation would stay the same and were not answered 3 times. No light in the shower was kind of weird and also the bathroom in general got slippery after a shower. I wish there was a bathtub for my youngest. But not sure if that's because we were put in a handicapped room or what. Bummed the go karts weren't open or the roller coasters Pools were kind of cold 🥶

Arcade staff were friendly. Air conditioning in the rooms worked great. Indoor theme park was pretty cool

How far away the hotel room was from the resort. . Expected to be in the main hotel. . But instead we were over a mile away.

Not enough towels for the amount of guests, found several ladybugs in the room. Charging $10 for a pack play is unheard of. Never been charged for a crib anywhere I’ve been. We brought our own.

I didn't like not knowing which building we were booked for until check in. The parking distance for people not staying near theme/water park, especially in bad weather.

Location wasn't too bad, was close enough to other things and food. Pool wasn't to crowded and arcade staff was nice.

Had to drive to the water park. Not connected in any way to walk indoors skywalks. Parking lot was partially ripped up. Maybe a repave happening? A hazard to anyone!—as my granddaughter tripped and fell not seeing the difference in the parking lot. We were in building B. Upon entrance the unit to our left had busted out windows and covered with plastic. Made us think is our unit safe? We thought busted windows might be a break in??? So for My Olympus as I saw how many complexes they now own ; my feeling was they are for gaining profit and lack esthetics. Didn’t like going to one building for checking in and then having to drive to our unit. Ever think of checking in at the units. Maybe a kiosk at unit sights. I felt at checkpoint which wasn’t busy herding us through the maze. Customer service should be aware and directed us towards counter vs. going through the maze . Felt like I was at the airport.
