At room 386 we could hear neighbors talking clearly their every word. One wall must be “paper thin “!! At 1-2 am that was pretty frustrating. Room design was nice, but paint spots were everywhere & 1 shelve was about to fall off. Toilet was constantly running. Last night huge cockroach 🪳 was in the bathroom and on the wall. I tried swat but it escaped through the bottom base boards, then we stuffed long cracks with paper hoping to keep them out. Beds were done nicely but floors were dirty. Maybe you should change the carpets in the halls, at least the puke stains.

Lapin-breakfasts were good & cappuccinos, especially made by 2 different ladies. Nice, cool atmosphere. Staff was friendly & helpful . Maybe not so much at evening at Lapin-Reservations

If we'd just had the one soft chair in any other spot it could have ruined the couple vibe. But since we were around the corner from the FABULOUS lobby (where all felt welcome), i could settle in while the spouse stayed in room.

Incredibly stylish. The Old.No. 77 has curated a particular niche very well. NOLA is a place you want to belong to and the 77 lets you feel in on the cool. The front staff were very welcoming, recommended restaurants, and calling us a taxi! The artsy doesn't end at the door. It's in the painted pipes and the little touches. Wander the halls and see! We were very impressed with the conditions in both room and restaurant. Not a speck of dust, even on exposed pipes. Bathroom was immaculate and adorable. Great shower and doors. The bed was lovely and windows huge. The crowds were right there but the heavy soft curtains blocked all street light and muffled noise. The added metal tray with custom-picked bar items, snacks, and cute romance pack was inspired, and the prices fair. The Old 77 lives up to all hype. There are hotels all over the city, and you can't go wrong on location in this city, but the Old No 77 really is special. We'll be back. Compete Lupin is a gem! The staff described each dish lovingly, and recommended food and paired wines just right. The fried chicken and creamy grits put a spell on my Southern husband.

My room didn't get cleaned once. We put the do not disturbed sign the first day only! We got our own clean towels,kleenex,and toilet paper. And took out our own garbage. Not 1 clean sheet!! Or made bed.

The room was very good size and comfortable. Enjoyed the ambiance, the artwork, the vibe, and the neighborhood. Just a cool location and place to stay. Friendly staff and a great coffee bar downstairs in the morning.

We loved the different look and theme to the place. It wasn't your normal hotel room look! The room was HUGE!

I think the staff could be a little bit more helpful. The hotel is split so it can be confusing to find your room if not shown which elevator you need to take. If you get nervous on elevators, the one on the east side of the hotel will be rough ride for you.

This property gives you that old school feeling, with modern amenities. I also loved how you’re not on Bourbon or Canal Street but also a stone throw away from walking distance from the famous streets, and also easy Uber or Lyft to anything downtown New Orleans.
