Staff very friendly, we requested a room opposite side of hotel because of interstate noise, when we were checking in. Room very clean. very quiet, comfortable beds, exceptional breakfast, exceptional hostess! All staff very good.

n/a the area outside did smell a bit stronger of horses but that’s not the hotel’s fault and inside this did not carry over.

great location and the facilities were clean, comfortable and up to date. a true gem to find along a long road trip! the staff is truly wonderful! I liked it so much and felt safe here that I stayed again almost a week later on my way back east.

Too noisy you hear highway noise all night. Couldn't leave the fan on to drown out the noise. Toilets were too low.

the place hasn’t been updated in a long time. it felt a little shabby, but then again all of Ogallala felt that way.

Well maintained, easy in and out from north parking lot. Luggage carts located just inside the automatic sliding door from parking lot and elevator located right there as well. Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and accommodating and provided breakfast is very good with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, coffee& more!

We took our dog with us. The "potty area" needs to be a lot bigger, but keep it in the back, because the noise of the semi-trucks on the highway in front kept her too distracted to do her business. Also, the toilet whistled after you flushed it. While I appreciate the musical accompaniment, it wakes everyone else up in the room. The room was clean and quiet (except for the toilet choir). Maybe include some fruit for breakfast and some has browns. Everything else at breakfast was great.

Clean and well kept. Loved the breakfast, especially the waffles. The staff was great. I bought a bag of popcorn from the vending machine and it got stuck and unable to come out the proper chute. I told a staff member and she tried to get it out for me, but couldn't. So she gave me her bag of popcorn that she had just purchased. That's going above the call of duty. Also, the lady attendant for breakfast was very helpful as well. Great staff!

There was a glitch registering on my arrival because the name on my reservation was wrong (they had my first & middle name instead of first & last name). But the manager quickly resolved the problem and was able to check me in.

I requested and received a room at the back of the hotel facing away from the interstate. The room was amazingly quiet despite the location of the hotel next to I-80. My room overlooked the parking lot where there were approx eight Tesla charging stations. These stations were busy throughout my stay so apparently this is a popular stop for charging. Behind the charging stations is a cute little lake and a playground for the kids (which was a nice view from my room), and there's a mexican restaurant next to the hotel to grab a bite to eat. The facilities and room were very clean and the free continental breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff was attentive, and I especially give kudos to the breakfast staff because they kept the food stocked and tables cleared/cleaned despite the high number of people passing through to eat.

There was a VERY strong odor when we walked into the hotel, and even worse when we walked into our room. I’m not sure what it was but I was afraid that I was inhaling fumes of some sort.

There was a very strong odor in our room. My husband thought maybe it was cleaning product, but it smelled more chemically to me. When we woke up in the morning, there were a few ants on the bedside table. We didn’t have anything in the table except our phones. I suspect maybe. the odor was from them staying for ants before we checked into the room.

Quick check in, room was clean and quiet, adequate parking, priced lower than Holiday Inn Express and Best Western.Breakfast was nice and the breakfast lady was very friendly.
