I had too much space. I was traveling solo and had two large bedrooms third floor and another pull out on second. Carting seven bags up those flights of steps.

Location was excellent however the snow came the Monday after I booked. The food at the pub was good.

The only thing we found that needs attention ids the overwhelming moldy smell in the room that we stayed in. We kept the AC/Air on all night to help remove some of that smell. Someone with lung problems would not be able to stay in the room at all.

Very home-like for us. Both beds were so comfortable. Enjoyed the patio outside of the living area. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The 630 wake up every morning from the family above us. Kids running back and forth were very loud. Also finding food on the floor when we checked in tells me the carpets weren't vacuumed correctly or at all.

Our room was located on the third floor and there was no elevator, the staircase was very narrow, the stairs were very dark and uneven. Extremely dangerous!! I tripped once and my wife tripped once.

The place is very comfortable, has everything you need. very orgenized kitchen and amazing shower and hut tub. compatible with cold weather. amazing place to stay for long time.

All the hot tubs and indoor pool were closed. Obviously this was disappointing because we looked forward to using them and paid a lot of money to stay there. I also requested a receipt showing payment and never received one at checkout.

Room was filthy. mirror over fireplace has not been cleaned in months as other guests had written “Hi” upon it that clearly has never been seen by cleaning staff. table has splotch sticky things stuck on it that have not been cleaned off. from Booking we had no idea we were getting a bed pull out of wall and had rails on toilet and shower. shower was goofy for no handicap person to use as shower curtain was half a curtain. floor was soaked as we left.

The bed was a little uncomfortable overall was a great stay. The dish washer leaked so we didn't use it. Made staff aware of it at departure. They made note of it to fix it.

Location and cleanliness. Also like the spacious bathroom.. Having a kitchen in the room made it easy for us to fix meals during our stay which was great for us.

It was on an upper floor and we have a problem with stairs. No elevator.

We were able to book this room after being disappointed at another place we originally booked. It was a studio apt. with kitchen facilities. It had a Murphy queen size bed that was pretty comfortable.

When we arrived the booking.com reservation had not yet appeared on the resort's system so there were a few extra steps we had to take to confirm our reservation with staff. Nothing though that caused any real problems.

The accommodations were spacious and clean in nice surroundings. We arrived late evening and were only there overnight but the grounds (including a trail system) and amenities seemed to have much to offer even though we could not take advantage of them.

The bed was the only thing we really disliked. It was very uncomfortable - old murphy bed mattress.

Felt remote yet not far from all the North Conway activities. Nice pool area and restaurant/bar on property.

The studio was just what we wanted. Very spacious for a studio. Everything worked well and was very happy with supplies in the kitchen.

the bathrooms attached to the pool were gross. why can't the pool just have towels there?! the bed in our room was not comfortable at all, it caved into the middle.

the convenience of it and the pool and hot tubs were great.
