Check in (and check out) was very easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Staff member Vivian was FANTASTIC- so friendly and helpful. She prepared our coffees perfectly. She’s a gem!

Our room was never serviced for cleaning or fresh linens etc. We had to ask as front desk to fresh towels and coffee.

There was an excellent bar with crafted cocktails in lobby.

The hotel provided a shuttle service to a major concert—very convenient. The breakfast provided was excellent and the staff was above and beyond. All the staff were excellent.

Chose this hotel because it had a shuttle service to Xcel Center. Unfortunately only one driver was available that night and our wait time to return after the concert was much longer than we had expected.

Staff was super friendly. It was within walking distance to the capital. A shuttle was provided for the Xcel Center.

I was very upset over the fee of $15 daily for parking, That wasn't disclosed when I booked my room and wasn't told to me up on checkin. So I will not stay at this location again..

The smell of smoke in the room was overwhelming. No USB outlets. Parking fee.

The room was cozy and we had a great view. The furnishings. Staff for check in and out, and the woman who served us in the breakfast area was engaging. Made us feel like we were at a friend's house.

The location is kinda ehh. The roads are horrible. But I guess they can't help that.

Everything was really clean, friendly staff, awesome breakfast. Our first room had a TV with only 5 channels which was weird so they set us up with a new, bigger room for free.

The tv was small & was not a smart TV. We brought our Roku player from home but weren’t able to connect it because their TV’s are too old.

Need more light in the room. One more lamp would have made a big difference. It was just too dark. We stayed during a spring blizzard. I believe 8 inches of snow fell in about a 12-hour period. The whole city was a mess. But my complaint is...We were trying to watch the NCAA women's basketball semi-final and the tv stopped working. Snow on the dish??? We had to watch on a phone. That was disappointing. Not sure the hotel could have done anything to fix that.

The room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Good linens. Peddlers Pub has excellent food! Not hotel food that's been warmed, but actually delicious food. Every single person who works at the Radisson is a delight. All of them. We very much appreciated the shuttle service to the Xcel Center for the concert we were in St. Paul to attend.
