The only complaint I have is the parking it is right underneath the tree with about 10 big birds nest in it. It totally destroyed my truck. I’m going to have to physically scrub the bird poop out of the bed of my truck. It’s everywhere.

Master bedroom is quite bright in the morning as blinds are not fully covering the windows. Master bed is a bit squeaky.

Spacious house with all amenities you could wish, tucked away in a gated neighborhood, we felt very safe and cozy. All useful information has been provided by Mira in advance as well as a Key for Beach access. Parking for the whole day after checkout was possible.

Upscale street - in fancy little neighborhood tucked away. Inside the condo is modest but clean and nice. Best of both worlds - you’re on the bay but can walk across the street to beach in gated neighborhood. ( key code provided) This place was beautiful, you will not be disappointed.

We stayed at Derby Lane for the third time and had a great time once again. It is a cozy place in a quiet tropical neighborhood. We loved the pool and the short walk to Crrescent Beach. Mira and Deno are wonderful hosts.

I spent a month in this fabulous property. It was so comfortable it felt like I had lived there forever. Kitchen had everything I needed. Pool was great but it was just minutes from the beach and dock. Do yourselves a favour and book this property you will not be disappointed

Bathrooms were a little bit outdated and the main bed was a little uncomfortable, but maybe it is just us for us. It was not a deal-breaker and we fully enjoyed our stay. The place is generally great, and once some upgrades are done, it will be the most top notch spot for couples!

Location, spaciousness of the place and all utensils and equipment in the house works very well. Loved that we could access the beach via nearby property. The house itself is in a very nice quiet area that we loved.

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to get through your stay. Beda were comfortable. The owner was wonderful to deal with.

It could have used some deep cleaning. Baseboards and tile and cabinets were a bit dirty. Also, the room was not ready upon arrival. The very nice cleaning lady explained that the other house she was cleaning was left a mess.

I liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful.

The house that shares the pool had 3 families in it, taking up all the parking spaces. They were at the pool day and night so not much chance of us getting out there. On the one evening we did go out there, they had left empty beer bottles, plates with food still on and rubbish everywhere!

The house was lovely, had everything in it that you could possibly need. The area felt safe at all times.

Minor issues like light bulbs being out, sugar ants in the kitchen and the the floors weren't properly cleaned, housekeeping should have checked on these items. Owner took care of what was needed and I just ran up to Ace for the sugar ant issue. All taken care of quickly. Pool needed to be cleaned so we didn't get to use it until last day of our stay but the beautiful Gulf is across the street! Pictures are from beach across the street. The County/City should come through and spray for misquitoes during season, they were pesky.

This was the best equipped unit we've ever stayed at, sincerely. We didn't lack for any supplies needed at arrival. Mira checked on us to make sure all was going well! All housekeeping supplies and bathroom needs were there in the unit. Plenty of cookware, utensils and dishes. Fantastic! Very comfortable furnishings and great location. The condo grounds are lush and beautiful trees on the property. Watched a sunrise over the bay and dock area just down pass the unit. The condo complex is closed off from main road so it's private and very quiet and peaceful!! The pool is right next to the unit. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Mira was the perfect hostess! The house met all of our needs with easy access to the beach and the shuttle into town. Very nice place, very well equipped and the host was great.

The host was unresponsive when asked to rectify an issue. No wifi. Kept giving me a network that didn't exist and then told me I was doing it wrong. Which clearly I wasn't. I wouldn't go back because of the host.
