It actually was my husband and I second stay. It was our 18th anniversary and Aldo last year. So we came back. Home away from home but, not too far just to get a breather 😂. We will most likely make it a yearly thing.

No kettle but that seems to be the local norm and the host says he is going to buy one for us travellers.

Fantastic guest house. Communication from Marty, the host was was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable with 2 x queen beds, a kitchenette,microwave, laundry and sitting area. Undercover parking was perfect. Marty was more than helpful with advice for around the Phoenix area. About 5 minutes drive from downtown Phoenix. Perfect for us with a car. Great value for money. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Fantastic.

Nothing, lovely apartment and owner.

Lovely large apartment for the price we paid. There were two beds although we only used one it was very comfortable. All the facilities that we needed, including area to prepare food and sofa to sit and watch TV. This is in a residential area so very quiet but not too far to get to places to eat. There was also seating outside where we sat one evening. The dogs were cute but did not come near us. Before we arrived the property owners sent an email with details of how to get in and lots of suggestions of places to eat which was very handy. We ate at the George and Dragon Pub which was great.

I didn't like that I had to come back home. This home has nothing wrong with it at all, everything works. I honestly don't have nothing bad to say about this home, it has nothing at all wrong with it.

I really love the owners, make you feel like home. The Facility was amazing, clean, organized, comfortable beds, very nicely decorated. I always come here and book this home, my 1st choice and will always be. I love the safety of leaving your car parked inside the garage carport, it is really so very nice and is gated so you just feel like home, I highly recommended, this is the best location.

I did not mind paying what I have paid. I found the place beyond expectations. But it was a bit expensive.

The only thing my husband had an issue with the bed he said It was to hard for him. But for me it was actually comfortable. It memory foam but just of the firm side.

I like how it was more private than a regular hotel. It had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and an ice maker. It also had additional things like dishes, silverware, and seasonings. 2 full beds a sofa, TV and spacious shower the water was actually soft and not hard salt water. It feels like your own little studio/ apartment. We will be going back.

I didn't like that I had to leave, I really wanted to stay more time, the place is so perfect.

I really love this home, is so clean, comfortable, private. You feel like you are in your own home, It has it's perfect covered parking with private entrance, elegant door and very well thought set up. All you need to feel like home. I recommended this to many GCU families and now I can't hardly book this property because is so famous and people love it. I don't just like it I love it and recommend it 100%, every time I need a booking I check them first if not available I cry and move on to the next. And to end would like to mention the host are amazing, very nice and polite. Thank You

Only stayed two nights, should have stayed longer !

Home away from home. Marty and his two little dogs couldn't have made us feel more welcome and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Beautiful area in the garden to drink your morning coffee, round the corner from the tram stop, wouldn't stay anywhere else in Phoenix.
