How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Was doing some maintenance but was very polite and courteous. I booked 4 to 6 weeks out still had an upstairs room when the hole bottom floor was empty

The staff was kind and helpful. The pool was perfect for our kids and we enjoyed swimming. We had many options to close for dinner and walked to dinner. The breakfast was delicious. Our kids loved the waffles and there were lots of options.

Noisy, and if you stay 3 days, the housekeeper should come in and clean at least one of the 3 days. Change the food menu up.

Towels were small. Could hear some outdoor commotion but that’s not uncommon in a family hotel.
The staff were very nice and accommodating. Great location. Nice pool, not too deep. Good breakfast. Great for families!

Accommodates large groups so ask for a room away from those groups.
The hotel is right across the street from Clay Cooper Theatre.

The smell. Needs to be freshened up. Carpets looked old. Colors are drab.
It didn’t smell good to me. Stale. Not fresh. Especially in the halls.

I really can't think of anything We had a great stay it was peaceful Right on the strip it was perfect for us.
Breakfast was good but we want to give a shout out To one of the maintenance guys Eddie. Thank you so Much for being so kind to 2 Oklahoma girls For replacing our batteries in the remote. Mr. Eddie Needs a pay raise.

It would have been nice to have one more toaster to accommodate the busy times.

When we first got there, I went to put key card in to unlock our room but the door moved.. it was cracked open. Door hadn't been shut, so our room was unlocked and not shut completely prior to our arrival. Heavy condensation on door and windows. Had water leaking all over inside of door and windows onto floor. Toilet kept getting clogged. But they had someone come fix it quickly. But it kept happening. I don't think plumbing was up to par.
Great location. Quiet. Breakfast was really good. Staff was nice.

My brother and I literally had a conversation about how we had never met such kind hotel staff. They were so welcoming and understanding and clear and concise. That really made the whole experience worth it, but so much more was great as well. The beds and blankets were extremely comfortable, and, even though the jets in the hot tub were broken, the staff clearly communicated that they were working on it (view a sign taped to the jet controls), and included a thank you for our patience. I'd stay here over and over again!

Beds were small only being full-size beds, some of the bed linens had stains and didn’t appear clean, and the A/C in the room kept acting up and wouldn’t stay on.
Location was great and breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were decent.

More space for breakfast area and enough staff to keep up with demand. Was very unhappy that our friends room was in a totally different building on opposite ends of the buildings.
Location was in a central location to our attractions. Breakfast foods were decent but space was lacking for adequate space for amount of people and not enough staff to keep up with demand.

Beds were uncomfortable- but then again I prefer comfy throws or comforters and memory foam pillows 🤪. Blanket was two sheets with thin blanket between. Also hot tub was out of service

Our room was clean and close to the pool area. Staff was friendly. Pool was ok but hot tub didn't work, however, it was hot. Nice to just sit and relax in. Breakfast was good.

The arcade room didn’t work all the games were on and the door was unlocked but we put money in two machines and they didn’t start the games. There was no signs on the door or the games saying out of service except the pool table. So that was a big bummer since that was one of the deciding factors of the hotel we picked.
I liked that it had the indoor pool and fitness center.
