We showed up Saturday at 11am and first thing they said “ check in is at 3pm”. They still allowed me to check in however they weren’t very happy about it. Staff gave me a hard time about booking with a 3rd party. We didn’t make it one day. And I was told they couldn’t refund me that money. Which I never asked or argued about. We knew we would take a lose.. They also were painting the stairs which was an inconvenience knowing it was a long weekend. They could’ve done the painting during the week.

Bed was the comfiest I’ve had in a long time. 10 out of 10 for the bed.

Horrible WiFi that kept dropping. Was not able to connect my laptop at all. The A/C unit was a bit noisy.

Newly renovated and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the quiet from an interior room which did not face the freeway. Close to our destinations for the day. Very comfortable beds

We switched rooms at the start of the visit due to the freeway noise. Other than moving your hotel away from the freeway I don’t have a suggestion.

The breakfast was excellent! The food and drinks tasted good, the options were good, the dining room was clean and well attended to. The gentleman who brought the food and cleaned up the area worked hard and was consistently pleasant and courteous (he is a gem!). I enjoyed every breakfast in your dining area. The room was very clean and well stocked.

I stayed for two nights, and have asked for morning call both mornings, but none came through, lucky I also set my own alarm. I have complained on the first day, staff came and said it is fixed. Next morning I need to catch 6am shuttle to airport so it was important that they don't mess up again... but they mess up again, i complained when check out, the receptionist didn't apologise and said "well the day light saving will reset the clock tonight"....but how will that help me?? coming from overseas, it is particularly important about the morning call. All disposable cups and bowls and cutlery and shampoo, not environmentally conscious at all. No shuttle to shopping malls since Covid, pls take off from your description. It has been 3 years since covid hit, and you still advertising about the shuttle service... misrepresentation. Basic breakfast.

I went for the room one better than the basic room, worth the upgrade if you want to sleep. Good size room. next to a big supermarket and few restaurants.

The proximity to the highway makes it hard to avoid the constant noise of vehicles but amusingly enough, they do provide ear plugs in the room.

They have an amazing buffet style breakfast. The staff is always kind and courteous. The location is close to many great restaurants and shopping locations. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are always well kept.

During our 6 night stay we did not get full housekeeping service once! All we got was clean towels and our trash taken out even though I requested full housekeeping service a couple of times. It would not have been a problem if we had stayed only a couple of nights but 6 nights and no full service at least once?! I do believe that for what your charging per night that’s a service that should be offered regularly or perhaps charge less? Also the knob to regulate the temperature on the fridge was broken.

Walls are very thin and I could hear the couple next to our room all night. couldn’t sleep
