    Crumbs in the bed!

    Breakfast was just alright, the sausage was good but there wasn’t much selection otherwise. The friendly staff and comfy beds made up for it though.

    Couldnt get passed the cigarette smell on the bed linen. It was 9:00am check out is 11:00 dropped son off to work came back they had begun the clean the room. I was coming back to get some rest. Guess not

    The doors didn't lock, people walked in while we were sleeping and the housekeeping did as well. We didn't feel safe.

    Hotel had not been sent booking information by booking.com. Booking.com had no contact information on website. Will never use again!!!

    Clean overall. Bed was okay for sleeping during the day.

    $50 incidental upon checking in. Loud people in both surrounding rooms that were up past 1am. Dodgy area. Hair all over bathroom floor and was rundown inside. AC shut off constantly. Felt unsafe at night. Breakfast ends at 9am sharp.

    Internet was very slow. Had to switch to cellphone signal to download anything

    I've stayed there 6 times over the last year and everytime except this one the rooms were really great. The room this time had big spots in the bathroom ceiling where the paint and finish were falling off the ceiling and the bathroom light was like a strobe light.

    Rooms were not so clean. I booked a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking room anyways. Still waiting for 2 $50 deposits I was told to wait another week. I’m pissed off a will never book with them again.

    I have been staying at the best western Tulsa for 3 weeks and I booked a room and 2 different debit cards and I still have not received my deposits of $50 each. They continue to tell me to check with my bank but it has nothing to do with that. I am receiving money and making payments on my debit cards. I will call by Wednesday the latest and if my deposit isn’t sent back I will call management and make several complains. I am really not happy I been waiting for my deposit for a more than a week this is ridiculous

    Didn't like the recliner in the parking lot that looked like it had been there. The location didn't look too safe either.

    Was told when we arrived they couldn't find my reservation(even though I printed my confirmation), so I didn't get booking.com price. Only to get back home and find I was double charged for our room.

    All we got for breakfast was a little orange juice a breakfast bar and a apple no hot yummy breakfast like the website said and also the pool signs say it’s open until 10pm we went out to the pool at 8pm and it was closed already

    Getting to the hotel after a 20hr drive we asked the front desk to please do not disturb so we could get some rest and yes the followed through with not disturbing

    The neighborhood and surrounding the building didn't give me a safe vibe. I had to park and walk in some dark /not well lit areas around back of the building by myself late at night, and there were people hanging out, it just wasn't a safe vibe.

    Room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom needs updated, it's very obviously old in there

    I did not realize it was motel-style in how the doors open up to outside. Very easy to hear voices all night.

    Pool looked good (schedule didn’t allow us to get in). Staff friendly. Good water pressure.

    There was a unique odor in the room and the quilt had holes(looked like Cigarette bud holes). The AC water was flowing freely in the aisle. It was dangerous for the kids.

    Overall It was not bad. Room was reasonably big enough for the price I paid. There is a subway right in the hotel which is the best part. Staff was very friendly. Enough parking. n.

    This is the only hotel with a swimming pool in the same price range in Tulsa, as far as I know.

    Breakfast in a sack - it is high time to shift back to hot breakfast!!! The premises need to be cleaned better and more regular: swimming pool area, stairs, walkways were always full of cigarette stubs. I had to ask for extra towels every day: there were four of us in the room, but the housekeeping kept brining us two towels after each cleaning. I contacted the reception but it did not help. I could not communicate directly to the housekeeping as I do not speak Spanish. Room cleaning was sloppy. Our nightgowns were always removed from underneath the pillows and left in unpredictable placed. I had my own pillow with me which I often found on the floor after the room cleaning.

    The swimming pool is good. Subway in the hotel is open from 8.30 am to 8.00 pm - saves time for lunch or a quick meal.

    How far apart our rooms were. Breakfast was trash. Pool has no steps. No late check out. No ironing board. Not enough towels.
