You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesRooms were not so clean. I booked a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking room anyways. Still waiting for 2 $50 deposits I was told to wait another week. I’m pissed off a will never book with them again.
I have been staying at the best western Tulsa for 3 weeks and I booked a room and 2 different debit cards and I still have not received my deposits of $50 each. They continue to tell me to check with my bank but it has nothing to do with that. I am receiving money and making payments on my debit cards. I will call by Wednesday the latest and if my deposit isn’t sent back I will call management and make several complains. I am really not happy I been waiting for my deposit for a more than a week this is ridiculous

United StatesThere was a unique odor in the room and the quilt had holes(looked like Cigarette bud holes). The AC water was flowing freely in the aisle. It was dangerous for the kids.
Overall It was not bad. Room was reasonably big enough for the price I paid. There is a subway right in the hotel which is the best part. Staff was very friendly. Enough parking. n.

United StatesBreakfast in a sack - it is high time to shift back to hot breakfast!!! The premises need to be cleaned better and more regular: swimming pool area, stairs, walkways were always full of cigarette stubs. I had to ask for extra towels every day: there were four of us in the room, but the housekeeping kept brining us two towels after each cleaning. I contacted the reception but it did not help. I could not communicate directly to the housekeeping as I do not speak Spanish. Room cleaning was sloppy. Our nightgowns were always removed from underneath the pillows and left in unpredictable placed. I had my own pillow with me which I often found on the floor after the room cleaning.
The swimming pool is good. Subway in the hotel is open from 8.30 am to 8.00 pm - saves time for lunch or a quick meal.
