Staff was hard to deal with and incompetent to give a key to our room to strangers. No accommodation. Cleanliness was 4 /10.

We had to wait 30 mins due tothe hotel system issues. No accommodation was made or communication. The guy just let us wait there. He didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. They gave us a dirty room. The bathroom was gross, there were stains on the floor and wall and toilet wasn't clean. That was the first room 221. Then someone walked into our room with a key. The same guy gave them a key to our room and my daughters were changing. So they switched us to room 342. It was better. We decided to stay another night and called down to see if we could get another night at the same rate. The front desk had no knowledge of our previous experience which the first guy said he would notate. After we explained our issues she said she would give us $80 flat for the 2nd night. She didn't mention anything about house keeping was not going to come. We sat our trash out and left for our daughters meet. We got back 5 hours later to relax and found we had been locked out of our room. Trash was still out front and the room didn't get cleaned. I had to take our tired kids back downstairs only to be told I shouldve told them I wanted housekeeping and she couldn't honor a rate that the previous front desk lady gave us. After going back and forth, the shift supervisor gave us a $25 snack credit and lowered the room rate. She did offer the clean the room, but it's 6 in the evening and it wasn't realistic for her to go up and clean anything and make us wait more so my hubby offered to make the beds himself and she gave us sheets. We go to this same meet every year for the last 3 years and usually we stay at the Hampton, we tried Best Western since the Hampton didn't have anymore double beds. And clearly that was a bad decision. We will sleep in one king if we have to next time. It took way too much effort to fix mistakes made by the hotel that should've been more accommodating especially after the key issue.

Mold in room, lock on door was broken, Found a bag filled with toilet paper and water on the shelf in the bathroom. Only reason we stayed was because we had our dog with.

All night you guys allowed teenagers to run up and down the halls I did hear 1 room being out of the hotel but other then that it still remained very loud pass 3am I was up just because I couldn’t sleep peacefully. Their room was right across from mines.

The last 3 days of our stay the room wasn’t cleaned or made up, we had to request for towels those 3 days, and room wasn’t vacuumed since we checked in. Our 2nd night stay my daughter found an open condom wrapped in the wrapper on the floor between the bed and the couch.

I booked this hotel for the pool. My grand daughter was very disappointed as was I that it was not open. It wasn't posted on the website that it was closed. If I would have known I would have booked else where. The bed was not comfortable, there was nothing in the room to explain how to use phone, no privacy door hanger, the tub was very slippery, I almost fell. Kleenex box and conditioner were both empty. The breakfast was cold, this was not due to the staff, it was the it way it was heated. We had 2 rooms and I would like a partial refund on both rooms. Rooms 134 and 123. We stayed there 3 nights, may 23-25.

It was food left in the fridge. The sofa couch didn’t have any linens . They didn’t give me extra linens. For my coffee in the morning the sugar and straws was open and use.

The pool was out of service which was full of water so maybe the PH was off but they still charge the same price and took a 75 dollar deposit. Holiday inn express doesn’t charge these fees. I’ll never go back plus the lobby had people with bottles of booze and cases of beer and if your pools down clean the parking lot! My towels had other peoples hair in them and some nice pubic hairs in our tub. At this point I just wanted to go to sleep and go!

Room smelled strongly like pot and an ashtray but hotel was at max capacity so we couldn’t move. We are now all sick with uri from it. The staff was amazing and did try to help. Note: Pool chlorine was also dangerously high and difficult to breathe.

the floor in the bathroom was filthy. I complained at the desk and the lady said someone would contact me and they did. I told them I would never stay there again. the lady was very nice and understanding. she gave us a $25.00 credit on the room.

The toilet was broken. There was old food in the microwave when I got in my room. The room definitely wasn't worth $251. The breakfast was horrible. Whenever Letonya Simington works, it's a magnificent experience. She makes sure we had a great breakfast and everything is done the right way. Especially the staff experience being much better when she is there. The management is very clueless to running that facility. If Letonya was manager the place was be better all the way around.
