The room is small with only a few windows that couldn’t be opened, but AC worked well so it wasn’t a problem.

Location was very good. Staff was super helpful, we could easily store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The room was comfortable and cosy, it was in a good location with the White House only about a 20 minute walk away! Lots of shops and food places around which was handy.

We were by car and parking is an issue in the whole town. It is not easy to find public spots and they are usually expensive. If you go for privet parkings, 24h garages maybe worthy.

Staff was very available and willing to help aways when asked for. The hotel is simple but clean and fairly comfortable - pictures show the reality.

First room was a bit crammed to be a double - no space to get to my side of the bed directly Door in the first room was not opening/closing properly An AC malfunction in the first room made the smoke alarm go off at 5:30AM (All of the above was completely solved by changing room)

Location - you can basically walk everywhere from there Cleanliness - no carpets in the rooms, clean bathroom, beddings and towels were immaculate Shower - hello hot water :D Bed quality - especially the mattresses were extremely comfortable Staff is friendly - they helped us change room after we had some issues with the first one Overall style - I just like hotels that feel a bit old-fashioned (many modern places today make me feel like I'm in hospital, ugh)

The hotel is old and it really shows. The staff is uninterested and our room, although a good size, was very basic. The bed was not the most comfortable but it did the job, there was a hair in the shower but the bathroom was otherwise generally clean, the air-con was incredibly noisy, there was no safe in the room. At the back of the key card they tell you to always bolt your door and not to open to strangers, which may or may not tell you something about the kind of people frequenting this hotel, but to be fair we didn’t have any issues. The wifi was unreliable at best.

We had a bed to sleep in, a functioning bathroom and a place to leave our luggage, good location to visit Washington.

while our hotel room was very clean and generally cozy, there was a wall directly in front of our window, which unfortunately meant basically no day light. we were out and about for most of the day anyway so it didn’t bother us too much, but some natural light in the mornings would’ve been nice.

The staff was nice, place was clean, pretty good if you want to stay for a few nights to explore the city. memorials & museums were in walking distance which we loved. good restaurants and grocery stores close by as well.

Needs updating. Feels quit outdated. However it did give everything you would need. To open the doors was quite difficult and the card reader was not installed very nicely. I always felt the door could not close properly.

Fine. It is an older location and does show its age. But it was clean, located in DC Central, and the best price in the city. We were glad we found it. We needed a reliable staging spot; and found it.

The room was really small, there was basically only bed. The bed was really squeaky and making sounds with even little movement which was kinda annoying and sleep distrubing. However, the bed was quite comfy.

The best thing on thi hotel is location, which is really close to the city centre. You can find lot of restaurants and also Whole Foods next street. We appreciated free coffee tea and water in lobby. Also the room was really clean which was great, especially the bathroom. Proportion price/value is good. The hotel has great location and in the end of the day for turists, who just sleep there is enough.
