The room was not clean. The sheets seemed fine the bathtub was fine. However, the walls in the bathroom had old make up smeared on it. Had some brown residue to the right of the toilet and in between the sink. There was a picture hanging on the wall next to the bed that had white residue in several different places. You just didn’t want to touch anything. And then there’s the lady at the front desk, blonde ponytail, kind of made you feel like she was bothered by you being there, coming and going. Same person, pleasant either interaction.

The location was fantastic it was very close to the National Western complex. I was there for the Rocky Mountain Horses Expo.

The front desk staff was not very welcoming. When I came to check in the guy that was working the front desk just stared me up and down. And he wasn’t very friendly.

Breakfast was just ok. The AC did not work right. When reported it the front desk they really did not seem to care. I was in Denver during a heat wave. Even an I'm sorry would hev been better than complete indifference.

The hotel smelled of rotten food. Stains on the walls, patch worked walls. Balcony filthy. I paid too much for this room. For that price I should have went with another hotel.

We got two rooms and in one room it looked like someone had a party in there before us. The TV didn't work. It looked like someone threw something at the TV. We didn't notice the TV until the second day because it was so late we all just crashed, and then the next day, we left right away to go enjoy the city. It looked like some of the wall was picked at or torn up as well, idk. We also thought there were balconies on all the rooms, but when we got to ours, the sliding door was like glued or something shut, and there was not a balcony. Not to big of a deal. I just thought it was a cool touch. Other than all this, we really enjoyed our stay, and it was a decent price and great location. We would stay again.

The outdoor pool was a beautiful and fun touch. The lady working on nights was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The location was amazing, very close to a lot of fun things to do. The price was not bad compared to many other places. The beds were pretty comfortable. I would stay here again.

Located in a sketchy area of Denver. Hotel needed some attention… chipped paint in doorways, counters, etc.

It was located very close to the interstate. We needed a location between Boulder and Centennial and this was perfect.

There were several months in our room and when we asked reception if we could switch rooms, they stated that that would be an issue in every room because it was “migrating season”. There were also exposed wires from what I think was a fire alarm. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

I didn’t like that my wife and I were trying to sleep and there was electrical work being done throughout our entire floor. We were unaware of this when we checked in. Additionally we were unable to completely rest up due to the noise.

A lot of random people around. The police was there constantly during my stay. The balcony was Tiny!

It was cheap. The Hotel attendant didn’t throw away my Uber Eats. The Breakfast was kool.

Have the pool open and a restaurant

The staff was very friendly at check In but continued to answer phone calls putting me on hold when I booked 4 rooms previously and had 7 guys standing around waiting for a room after a 3 hour drive in winter. As I said, friendly all the way which encouraged me to chill and be patient.

The slamming doors and freeway noise was surprisingly noisy. The location had me nervous about my vehicle. The room had gum stains in the carpet, and clearly had not been cleaned. Wore socks because the carpet was gross, and sure enough my socks became dark. The lounge chair had white stains on it, and the desk chair looked unstable to sit in. Didn't step out on the balcony. I didn't trust it.

Outside of the loud Freeway noise, and slamming doors - it was quiet.

The presence of shady looking people/police there at random hours was a bit unsettling, but I know the hotel can't do too much about it.

The room and other facilities seemed not to be too good. There were multiple things in my room that needed to be upgraded or repaired such as- paint, tv remote, wrinkly sheets, and other things.

I appreciated that the price was fair and the room was clean. I also liked the breakfast every morning. Overall it was a fair hotel at a fair price.
