Fridge in my room didn't work *at all* as I learned taking out warm food the next day; front desk clerk simply said I should have turned it up when I reported the issue (it was not running).

Location is convenient for driving to other areas downtown - particularly the Museum of Fine arts (awesome) a few minutes away. Also Camp Taco restaurant a block away is fantastic.

Wished there was a full-service restaurant and bar. This property has a six-seat bar.

Checked in and found the TV was not working. The desk clerk (Sherelle) tried to repair the set, was unable to and offered to change our room or buy us dinner. We declined but said we would consider moving the next day. The following morning Sherelle checked in with us. We didn't really want to move, but agreed to so we could watch the NCAA finals. Shortly thereafter, Sherelle came to our room after speaking by phone with the off-duty maintenance tech (it was a Saturday) and was able to repair the set. Sherelle went above and beyond and apologized sincerely for our inconvenience. She is a stellar representative of your organization!

You are supposed to make the client feel like home far away from home, so I didn't feel that with one of the woman in the staff during breakfast, she was so rude telling me in front of all guests that I couldn't sit in a chair in a table with my family because it was in the hallway. I didn't know that, but se didn't have good manners for telll me. The woman who was front desk during our check out was rude too.

Breakfast and the rooms were good. Staff cleaning the rooms were very kind.

The pool was closed, and we thought it was going to be open. The exercise/fitness room is runned down. Things were broken in there. Specifically, the elliptical is falling apart and missing a panel, and the weight machine had pieces falling off.

The queen suite was a nice size. We liked the space.

The fact that when you book a room through a third party. They do not tell you about the $150 dollar security deposit you got to have after booking a hotel room.

I liked the fact that the rooms were clean. And they didn't smell like cigar smoke.

The beds and location. Plus restaurant Camp Taco (walking one block north of the hotel) where you can have good food! Also very close (by car) to the WJ Clinton Presidential Library and the MacArthur Military Museum and the Arkansas Museum of Fine Art.

My only complaint was the van service failed to pick up my sister from the airport. We had to pick her up.

Parking lot, I think needs more illumination. This is the 5th time I go in 2 years and I am a little nervous. but if I find a place near the lobby it's perfect. Wish the breakfast could be earlier 7am.

bed is very comfortable, clean. I asked for extra towels and it was fast when the receptionist personally assisted. People from the kitchen is very friendly and polite.

My husband said the breakfast was disappointing. I did not eat breakfast at this hotel so I cannot comment or compare to other hotel breakfast offerings.

The room was clean and updated. The king size bed was very comfortable. My husband and I stayed in another hotel during this trip that was more expensive and this experience with Comfort Inn was way better. Parking for our car was easy to find. The hotel was quiet despite the fact it is located off the interstate.

The beds weren't super comfortable, and the pillows were very flat. We forgot our own pillows, so that was a disappointment. It seemed just a little sketch at night time with the abandoned buildings across from the hotel, but nothing the hotel can do about that. My biggest problem, though, was breakfast. We were told hot breakfast was from 7-10. We go down at 9:30, and the guy is already taking things back into the kitchen. He had already completely broken down the waffle maker and took it back. The gravy was absolutely disgusting. Actually, the majority of the hot food was. We ended up throwing what food we got away and went somewhere else and paid for breakfast.

The hotel has a nice size, clean lobby. The bar is great. The free shuttle was very convenient and saved us money on an Uber. There were two restaurants we visited and walked to because of their location to the hotel. The check in staff was nice as well.
