Paid parking at a garage nearby was very cramped. Luckily, it was a short walk to the hotel.

Very friendly staff. They stored our bags for free after check out while we were exploring the city. The rooms were clean with great views of downtown.

Customer service in ground floor is horrible. For this to be the first part of the guest experience is sad. A bunch of guy on their phones watching videos, joking inappropriately, and not accommodating to guest questions.

Location and the room. Central to everything. Close to city transportation. Front desk guy with longer hair is the only employee there that makes your stay memorable. Amazing customer from him only.

Nothing, I really didn't like.

I tried to check-in early but wasn't able to and was informed they would contact me when the room is ready. However I went back to check-in and was told my reservation was cancelled without notice due to my credit card on file but I intended to use another credit card to check-in. However, they were still able to reserve my room again without a problem. We were pleased with the space for 4ppl and it was a very nice facility. The parking garage across the street was very convenient as well. I would recommend and stay again. There were a lot of good restaurants nearby as well. We loved Green Eggs Cafe!

The little fridge was a little weak (but it worked).

Great location, great bed, options for paid breakfast in the morning, options to park in front of the hotel (although it's expensive parking), city center is very walkable from the hotel

Paid extra rate to have breakfast included and yet still had to pay for our breakfast. I have reached out on this matter and have not heard back at all.

The two front desk gentlemen I’m worked with were polite and very accommodating. The room was perfect.

It's in downtown Philadelphia when you come out, the place is beautiful and the property is Clean and nice.

There were two light bulbs out in the room. Parking is very expensive.

Great location! This is the second time we've stayed there and everything is walkable. Parking is directly across the street in a garage.

The only complaint I have is that the headboards on the beds have this "fluid splatter stain" that looks questionable and highly suspicious (from someone's sexual activities).

The staff was awesome! I love the Valet feature for the mobile link and that you can even chat with Valet.

The attitude of your cashier... I wanted breakfast, but it was like I was in her way. . Crazy cause no one was there but me.. No one greets you... When I checked in the lady had a bandana on her head. ITHOUGHT THAT I must be being punkef....the hotel is looking like a 5... and the first thing you see looks like a 1... it didn't match

I thought that the Hotel was lovely. It has a prime location close to many amenities. The front desk agent was excellent ( so sorry that I can't recall his name), but please note my time and give him my extra thank you's. Sadly, I attempted to get breakfast Saturday morning. .but the attitude that came from your cashier made me turn and leave. If people are not customer friendly, they should not work in customer service. I had to strive because I refuse to give 19$ to someone who didn't even say Good Morning

I asked for extra linen and for the trash to be emptied in my room. Neither were done the first time I asked. The second time I did receive linen but trash wasn’t emptied. I also asked for a copy of my bill for my stay to be emailed to me and it was not.

Bathroom cleaning is not good. I have asked mutliple times to get a garbage bin in the bathroom. No action was taken. Instead I had to use garbage bag.

The room was not made up each morning, therefore the towels did not get changed. I had to call the front desk to get clean towels and more toilet paper.
