Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe toilet wouldn't flush.. I had to get a plunger. The tv kept freezing or cable would go out while watching something. On Sunday we had to shower in luke warm water.
The staff was great, the room was clean, there was good parking, and it was in a good location. .

United StatesThere was blood on the bathroom wall. Super gross. Also, only a very thin blanket was provided for the bed. Made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Mattresses were not my fave, but I understand that some ppl like a really firm mattress.
The check in process was nice and easy. King room was the most spacious we have stayed in, in Brooklyn, yet.

United StatesI wasn’t crazy about the actual location. The neighborhood was not ideal, compared to hotels in downtown Brooklyn it’s not upscale but we felt safe, sidewalks nearby needed street cleaning.
It was good enough for a place to stay in Brooklyn so we can attend a function. Facilities were clean and the front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. There was parking facility which is convenient

Location is pretty noisy as the freeway is in front of it but you are very close to the Brooklyn navy yard. One ride to 34th/midtown and you are in the heart of Manhattan.

United StatesRoom was dingy, no chair to sit on, and the fancy towel animal in the middle of the bed was in strange contrast with the decor. No coffee maker - not even in the lobby. TV connection was difficult - the young woman at the desk came up and helped us at first. Unfortunately, when we returned from dinner, the connection was off again, but, since we had a very early morning, we decided to forego the TV and go to sleep.
What breakfast???!!! Hotel was a place to sleep and not much more, We chose it because of the rate and proximity to the cruise port. Refrigerator worked fine to keep my insulin cool. Bathroom seemed to have been updated - not the room. The young woman at the desk (sorry, I can't remember her name) was very pleasant and helpful.

United StatesLocation isn’t in the best part of town. Not sure where the pictures of hotel came from because it doesn’t look like the pictures. also price was way too high for what you get. No soap on the first room we stayed, and fridge was warm but it had a hair dryer. we asked to be moved because it was too loud on main floor, second room had no hair dryer but did have soap and fridge was cold.

Puerto RicoThey don't clean well, there was dust on lamps and air conditioning and hair in the bathtub. I recommend better cleaning with some type of scent so that you feel that it is clean. In addition, there was a smell of cigarettes and/or tobacco and/or marijuana). If it was clean, it would be a 10/10.I also recommend a chair, for one to be able to do work or eat if it were accepted.
Free parking, had shopped nearby to obtain necessities, there is little traffic for that area.
