The toilet wouldn't flush.. I had to get a plunger. The tv kept freezing or cable would go out while watching something. On Sunday we had to shower in luke warm water.

The staff was great, the room was clean, there was good parking, and it was in a good location. .

There was blood on the bathroom wall. Super gross. Also, only a very thin blanket was provided for the bed. Made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Mattresses were not my fave, but I understand that some ppl like a really firm mattress.

The check in process was nice and easy. King room was the most spacious we have stayed in, in Brooklyn, yet.

Issue with the shower first morning where there was very low pressure, apart from that it was ok.

What I didn’t like was , the people that stood next door to my room was very loud and obnoxious . Screaming very loud banging on all walls , it sound like 16 people in there

Room was okay nothing special rates high for the accommodation and location however bcus it was convenient to my family's location it worked out. So so sometimes a bit overpriced.

I wasn’t crazy about the actual location. The neighborhood was not ideal, compared to hotels in downtown Brooklyn it’s not upscale but we felt safe, sidewalks nearby needed street cleaning.

It was good enough for a place to stay in Brooklyn so we can attend a function. Facilities were clean and the front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. There was parking facility which is convenient

Noisy at night. Locals come in and talk really loudly, pillows are uncomfortable so I had to go out of my way to buy some.

Location is pretty noisy as the freeway is in front of it but you are very close to the Brooklyn navy yard. One ride to 34th/midtown and you are in the heart of Manhattan.

The stains on the sheets. Clunking sound from the wall in Room 206. Possibly the elevator? Really awful and woke me up.

It had a lot of water damage and mode. Cigarette burns in the sheets rust stains on the towels and rags

The shower was awful, very bad pressure and toilet sink was dirty on arrival. Very loud at night also.

Room was dingy, no chair to sit on, and the fancy towel animal in the middle of the bed was in strange contrast with the decor. No coffee maker - not even in the lobby. TV connection was difficult - the young woman at the desk came up and helped us at first. Unfortunately, when we returned from dinner, the connection was off again, but, since we had a very early morning, we decided to forego the TV and go to sleep.

What breakfast???!!! Hotel was a place to sleep and not much more, We chose it because of the rate and proximity to the cruise port. Refrigerator worked fine to keep my insulin cool. Bathroom seemed to have been updated - not the room. The young woman at the desk (sorry, I can't remember her name) was very pleasant and helpful.

Location isn’t in the best part of town. Not sure where the pictures of hotel came from because it doesn’t look like the pictures. also price was way too high for what you get. No soap on the first room we stayed, and fridge was warm but it had a hair dryer. we asked to be moved because it was too loud on main floor, second room had no hair dryer but did have soap and fridge was cold.

Not enough towels or wash clothes had to ask for more the window would not shut all the way. We kept hearing traffic and neighborhood people yelling.

They don't clean well, there was dust on lamps and air conditioning and hair in the bathtub. I recommend better cleaning with some type of scent so that you feel that it is clean. In addition, there was a smell of cigarettes and/or tobacco and/or marijuana). If it was clean, it would be a 10/10.I also recommend a chair, for one to be able to do work or eat if it were accepted.

Free parking, had shopped nearby to obtain necessities, there is little traffic for that area.

The tv only showed 2 thirds of the screen but we managed. The beds are really soft which I'm sure some people would love but it wasnt for me. But I'd definitely stay again.

The air con was great and the bed was huge. The location was great... I love brooklyn.

Pillow case/pillow had mold and mattress had burnt holes. Water pressure was non existent.

Room was big and we had a fridge. Easy to get to.
