The hallway outside our room smelled like marijuana. Not ideal, but not a big deal either, until staff tried to cover the smell with air freshener. The combination of the smells made it almost impossible for me to breathe in the hall. It would have been better to just let it be.

Hotel was easy to find, room was clean, and staff was extremely friendly. All are reasons we often choose Hyatt properties when traveling.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding. There was a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and bacon or sausage. The room was very quiet and good for sleeping.

The main signage needs upgrading.The pillows are kind of old and flat. The parking for disabled was not cleared. They need more ice melt in that area. The hotel is hard to find.

The only thing that we could possibly take issue with, is that our room was near the elevator, so therefore a little noisy due to the passengers, but again a very minor issue.

Breakfast was great, food was hot, server was very nice and friendly. An overall great experience, we will definitely be staying there again.

The property claims to have a restaurant but there is none. I had requested a crib when I made the booking but when we checked in and I asked if there was a crib in the room the man just looked at me so annoyed and was like "I don't know." Then he suggested I call maintenance and ask them to bring one. Not a big deal. The room basically had two temperatures: freezing or an oven. Breakfast was extremely mediocre. Property is far from everything. And just because we're perfectionists like this- the information paper I grabbed from the front desk (because it wasn't offered) had 37 grammar and spelling errors in it. Clearly whoever wrote it was either drunk at the time or didn't care at all. Overall, it's fine for an overnighter, but don't expect too much. You're better off paying less and staying at the Holiday Inn.

There were only 2 people working and we had to do a lot of standing around for breakfast. Between guest services, Starbucks services, cleaning, cooking and filling up breakfast it was too much for just 2 people. I felt sorry for them because it was so busy. You should have at least 3 people in the morning.

The entire staff was super helpful, friendly, and responsive. The room was the right size for our family of five for a short stay in Santa Fe and again the staff went out of its way to assist whenever possible.
