the room smelled like smoke and the cover sheets were filled with cigarette holes. the walls had holes, small roaches were come in and out of the holes. we couldn’t sleep because it was very disgusting.

The employee at the front desk however, didn't seem to be bothered when the other one employee had a large volume of rooms to clean prior to guest check-in. I notified the employee in the front desk, who seemed to be on her phone for personal reasons, of our filthy room which included, unwashed bedding on the floor, overfilled trash cans and dirty restroom, but she was quick to cut me off to urge me to ask the overworked employee, who clearly had too much on her hands. I helped her wash our bedding, but I went to the dollar store to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the restroom.

The one employee that was cleaning all +15 rooms, was clearly overworked, nonetheless she was kind, effective and quick If I asked her for something. The pool was ok. The location was amazing! I would only stay again for the bars and shopping center that surrounded the area.

it’s not really a hotel or motel. It’s more like a temporary residential. I didn’t end up staying because I just didn’t feel comfortable. Don’t go based on the pictures.

Roaches in room / fridge no cable or internet male manager has a habit of walking into rooms with universal key while occupied when thinking a single women is in it happened to us and found out later from others that (live) there it is a on going occurrence and yes I said live a lot of those rooms are occupied by ex and current drug addicts that pay for a weekly/monthly stay

This is a very dirty property and very unsafe, I would not recommend to anyone mostly if you have kids. We had to leave the property after a couple of hours due to how unsafe it was.

There was nothing to like about this property, the room was dirty, no towels, soap, etc. The property was dirty on the outside with buck of gang members and people drink around and inside the building .

I should report this app and this hotel to the business bureau. Biggest red flag is that they do not refund your money. Let me tell you why. Parking lot has a lot of cars that don’t work. Among them, several cars were missing tires. Additionally, people were working on their vehicles. Hotel appears to be part of ROOMKEY housing for homeless people. Once we walked in the room it was worst, the from door was not locking, the room smelled like urine. Over all, it looked straight Out of ghetto movie. We only lasted 3 mins in the room. We walked out.

It’s dirty drug infested and tvs don’t work. There are a lot of drug addicts there. My room was switched three times. Fist room drugs and pipes in the drawer that my child found. Second room trashed. Third room appeared clean but roaches came out the fridge and were in the tub. Also the tv didn’t work.

The they did give me new pellows in the new room. they were really friendly

good customer service but over place was bad. the TV was droken and the door to the restroom did not close. they had to change the room we were first in due to the pollows were so durty and the room was not clean. i dont think i will be going there agian.

Roaches everywhere inside the room and bathroom . Literally dropping from the ceiling from the time we opened the door. Thugs and drug addicts littered throughout the property. Disgusting. They would have to tear the place down completely And Sanitize the surrounding area before I would ever go back.
