Breakfast was good, but the person from the kitchen used his hands to put sausage in the warmer. The coffee pot in our room was moldy and put out dark water without any coffee pods, also the comforter smelled of febreeze and was damp. They did switch out our blankets with request.

Very clean, updated, location walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Accomodating to some requests

Our room was a non smoking room but it still smelled like cigarettes. But the staff was very accommodating and helped us with the issue.

I loved that we had a room on the first floor so it was easy to access the parking lot.

Breakfast was the standard complimentary breakfast, also the location was not the best. Bathroom was not that generous as in other hotel of the same price range.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Have everything you expected, nice personal and free parking.

Room was by elevator and there was loud noise repeated that maintenance had advised management about a month prior (water heater?) we were told. Loud enough to wake us. No other suites available. We were monetarily compensated after fact.

Staff was friendly. 1st morning breakfast was hot and fresh. Tea and coffee availability. Nice small downtown area.

When checking out I mentioned to the staff that our room should be vacuumed better. It would have been nice if the staff would have acknowledged it, but got no response out of him. There were finger nail clippings along the edge of the bed. Otherwise the room was clean. But looking at someone else's nails was not very pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant when checking in and out. The kids liked the pool. There were a lot of people in the breakfast room and the staff keep the food filled and hot. I personally loved the waffles.

Nice new hotel. Very clean and well kept. Not much activity in surrounding area but it was a Sunday night. On site restaurant was nice but pricey.

The pull-out sleeper sofa was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. I didn't expect to be sleeping on a cloud, but for a $400 room, it should have been better quality. There was dried blood on one of the pillows.

The layout was nice; spacious suite with bathroom outside of suite so you don't have to go through the bedroom to use it. The full kitchen was great. The rooms are really quiet. The restaurant was amazing! Front desk staff was very accommodating for an early check-in and late check-out.

Generally seems like the surround is lacking a bit. But within a 5-10 min drive of Downtown Duluth. On the more pricy side.

Good Hotel, Rooms were very clean, didn’t miss anything. Staff was also Helpful. The Restaurant downstairs also has great food.

The TV didn't work, but the staff was great to work w and when they couldn't fix it they offered to switch our room to a similar one. Unfortunately the new room didn't have a balcony, but was very happy that they allowed us to switch rooms.

It was a nice hotel in a quiet area. Clean and friendly. The staff was very helpful and even switch our rooms when the TV didn't work, gotta love technology 🤦‍♀️ was very happy w our stay and will definitely be back!

Location, thought it was in duluth when i booked it

Hotel itself was nice and new but surrounded by older buildings that seemed a bit run down. Not ghetto, just dated. Friendly staff and easy check in. Comfy room. Breakfast was comparable to other mid tier hotels, a few hot items, a bunch of grab and go stuff. No complaints. Was just here for a day.

The hotel is well managed. The staff are courteous and friendly. The breakfast staff, Ron, and the housekeepers, Kaylee and Chance, are excellent. We highly recommend this hotel to travelers to Duluth/Superior area.

Noise of Tower Av, I’d ask for a room on the opposite door of the hotel next time. Don’t worry about a view, this is not the location if you need a view. Counter space in the bathroom is very small, which might be fine if there was a good place to get ready for the day in the room but there wasn’t.

New, fresh & clean facility. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Continental breakfast has something for everyone. Rooms, pool & fitness room were all handicap friendly. Drinks & dining options on site & in walking distance.
