The hotel floor in general was very dirty. Lobby, elevator, room corridor..... In my room there was a lot of hair and dirt on the bathroom floor, that is, it was not vacuumed before check in. This is the basics of a hosting facility. That's a little disgusting.

Breakfast could be better, it would be nice if they provided more options but it is good for the price.

It is a great location, especially if you are flying or taking a bus/train the next day. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

We looked the breakfast the staff keep things going all day, The view from our room was good Thank you for that.

The location was good , the breakfast was excellent. However the carpet needs to be changed . It was musty both my husband and I got sick and needed up at the doctor. With a little more investment it can be a great and convient place to stay, The staff us wonderful.

The outside of the hotel needs alot of work, it looks like an abandoned building with Long grass and no landscaping. The entire place needs to be updated.

We arrived at 430 and checked in to both rooms one of the rooms was not cleaned when we opened the door, towels all on bathroom floor, food all over the carpet and desk, bed unmade.

The bathroom door wouldn't close, there was a huge mound of dirt that we unfortunately tracked into the room across the sidewalk to the outside private entrance. Then we where charged for "breaking the bathroom door" ruining bath towels (how I don't know by getting them wet I suppose. And tracking in the mud. (Which was minimal) all before we checked out.

There was a leak in our bathroom—water dripping from upstairs right over our toilet! But they offered to move us immediately so the staff was on it.

The location is good for visiting Syracuse University! It’s great that it’s pet friendly too.

It appeared as though the front staff were either over worked or not sufficently well trained. Examples Tried calling from Canada several times and never had my call answered. Lacked clarity about senior discounts ie one staff said yes and the other didn't know

I have been at this Inn a number of times over the years and recently noticed that the breakfast has detoriated in that the food items were dry/cold and needed to be replaced. Fresh fruit was also missing.

Bed sucked. All bumpy and uncomfortable. Was told the suite had a king bed with TV with a door you can shut. And on other side of the wall a sofa bed with it's own TV. So we can watch something different than the kids. Got there and king bed was next to sofa bed. No wall in between. No door to shut and Only 1 TV not 2 . I hate being lied to by hotels.

Location was great. Walking distance to McDonald's.
