The breakfast was very plain and not much. The hotel was undergoing renovations so there was a lot of dust and debris in the hallways. Also the room did not have a hair dryer and other simple things, but the staff were great and very responsive.

the carpet had a bad stain on it. looked old and needed replacing. I was told they were going to do some remodeling.

There were stains on the floor and the furniture was tired and old. Which is what I expected with a budget hotel. Unfortunately I found a roach crawling on my half eaten banana that was on the tv stand. Other than that, it was a fine place to stay for one night.

Location was excellent! Room was clean and I felt safe staying there. Breakfast was adequate and overall, I would recommend it for a quick one night stay.

I was upset that the pool was closed for the season and I did not see any notification about it on the website. I was planning on relaxing by the pool on my down time and instead I had to stay in my room.

Breakfast hours should have been longer, like til 10:30. Missed not having waffles or fruit.

All of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Coffee machine had strong brew available, liked that.

property was hard to approach, coming from Farmville I had to make an illegal U turn to enter property.

There was some minor cosmetic things that could be updated or fixed. Such as our room did not have the bar for the secondary door lock. And the bathroom lock did not work.

The place could be updated but the room was very clean and the staff was excellent.

I didn't like that the room had small ants crawling on the table and lounge chair by the window. My husband had to keep smacking the ants off of him.

The free breakfast was not worth getting up at 6am for. Our room didn't have a do not disturb sign so even though we had preferred our room to be left alone while we went out it was not. The parking lot also looked sketch.

The room was spacious and the end of the hotel we were on was pretty quiet. The wifi and cable were nice quality. The place itself is in a convenient location in town. The staff were very friendly and quick to accommodate you for any issue.

The staff was not friendly. The bath tub was not clean and was gross. One of the door locks on room was barely holding on and mostly useless. The pool was down for maintenance which was the main reason I chose to stay at that location. Also at at about 1 am there was loud fighting and yelling outside my room which woke me. Now I understand that isn’t the staffs fault but with the faulty lock it made me nervous and I had a hard time falling back to sleep. Overall it was a very disappointing stay and I will not be returning.

No shower curtain. Room smelled musty and dusty. Bathroom sink was cracked. Mold around shower.

The room was not very clean. Comforter on one bed was dirty and has something red on it when we went to get in bed. We traded it out but it was gross. Also in the morning at breakfast when my son went to use the restroom in the main level with a men’s/wonen’s/handicappped sign on the door, the woman at the front desk said, despite not being marked, that it was “employee only” and would not let him use it- strange and rude

Dirty hallway carpet, tired old furniture, lamp shade was disgusting - yellowed with age, scratches and holes all over it, rust covered and flickering light bulb - it made us feel like it was a bad movie.

Numerous smaller things: first room smelled like cigarettes, second assigned room had a humid, mildew smell; shower was messy with no room service to clean up the water (we were given the handicapped room because no one smoked in it), the floors were sticky (bring shower shoes), the refrigerator didn’t work, breakfast was adequate (but yogurt frozen solid), the shampoo set was not good at all (think gas station hand soap), a/c never made the room fully comfortable, halls were littered with all manner of renovation supplies and trashed furniture, dreamt of fleas.

The location was okay. The bed was comfortable.
