The room's coffee area was not fully stocked (missing cups for hot drinks), but it was easily remedied with a trip downstairs to their fully stocked welcome area.

Everything about the location, especially the staff, was top notch. The lobby, eating area, and room were very clean and welcoming. Each staff member we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. They were clearly understaffed (common everywhere right now), but they were working as a team and providing each guests with an exceptional experience. The breakfast room was well stocked and they were working diligently to see that each guest got what they wanted. A great stay with a convenient location!

Breakfast was 6AM-9AM and since my grandbaby kept me awake late I I overslept and missed breakfast by 10 minutes. It would have been nice for them to at least leave a few things out to grab and go in cases where people overslept.

The smell of cleaning chemicals in the room were so strong it made my wife sick!!! The bathroom looked like it was in the middle of a remodel! Over priced for what it is!!!!!

The curtains did not close to block out bright light from the parking lot that shined right into our room. The clock on night table kept buzzing w/static & had to be unplugged to stop it. The room smelled like it had been sprayed w/deodorizer & irritated our throats, making it difficult to sleep. The girl at check in spoke way too fast as she ran down various items for our attention. She was not very courteous to us. We had been on the road driving for 11 hours, arriving @ 11:30p & were exhausted. Her attitude didn’t help!

But run down for the price. Just things wrong in the room I wouldn’t like in my house, shower head wing ell inside the wall wasn’t secure when the plumber roughed it in so shower head was flopping in the wall..stuff like that. I noticed around other than that stuff it was decent place to stay.

For over 300 per night, october 20- 22, the hotel was a let down but served its purpose with no one else having availabilities since it was a last minute booking. The dryer took 3 times to dry one load, the firepits advertised were not working, we had a giant Roach in our room, and the walls are paper thin, and being a pet friendly hotel, hearing pets bark nonstop for hours while their owners took off was enough to never stay again. At 100 a night, I would say fair game, but for well over 700 for two nights, it bothered me the entire stay that I had to pay that much but had no other choice. The hotel definitely needs serious upgrades to make the pricing acceptable, especially since max rate on the door of the room says 299 a night. To compare, a cabin I rented for the whole week of christmas last year 2022 in the Crazy Mountain range of Montana was less per night. This is why air bnbs are killing hotels.

The breakfast, and pool were acceptable, beds were comfortable, at least to our liking, shower was good and the hotel staff was friendly. Everything you could possibly need is in walking distance . Restaurants, walmart, gas stations etc.
