Excellent breakfast. Walk distance to a variety of places to eat. "Fun America" park and a mini-golf court are next to the hotel.

My only complaint was the main areas were not kept very clean. The floors had spills and the rugs needed to be vacuumed.

We had a suite and it was amazing! We had plenty of room and the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was very good. We were there two nights and the breakfast was different each morning. The pool bar was amazing and the pizza was delicious! Conveniently located near Old Town.

Pool towels are very small. Pillows in the room are small also.

Quiet, comfortable,clean, big pool, tiki bar/food on site. Plenty chairs, tables, and loungers. Everything is in good working condition. Good breakfast, waffles in different sizes, and cute character mickey. Gift store has reasonable prices, gifts, snacks, food, drinks, toys, and essential needs.

Hotel needs never seem soft enough and always make my back hurt. Also, wish there were dogs vending machines, since the store was closed when we got there and i was hungry.

I liked that the pool was open 24hrs. The fitness facility was ok, but a bit airless. Needs a fan or something.

The beds were very firm. The AC unit was VERY noisy at times.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was wonderful. We also enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub. The tiki bar and music was a bonus! The location was fantastic! Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room and even left little touches of fun (lined up my kids' plushies in the bed and created a toothbrush holder from towels). Great family-friendly stay, surprisingly quiet hotel for the location and quality.

The pool and spa were cold but got better as the days went along. The pool was never cleaned. There was debris all along the pool floor. The male bartender was rather pushy. We were the only ones at the pool, and my daughter had pulled a chair closer so we could talk. We had our feet in the pool, and he came from the bar telling us she had to get away from the pool so as not to block walkways. Once again, read the situation for what it is, not just tell the only people at the pool they can't sit together. The light in the ceiling fan was burned out. Forgot to mention it to the staff.

Book with the hotel directly if you have special needs. Booking.com advertised a room that was not available and the hotel gave us an upgrade to meet our needs the best they could.

There was nothing about the place that would deserve a negative comment

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in was very smooth. The location was excellent for our needs - quite a few restaurants within walking distance from hotel. The room was spacious, well equipped, and clean. Abundance of parking spaces. Breakfast, although not Al a crate, gave a good choice and was more than sufficient- hot food regularly replenished.

Not gonna lie, the breakfast was ok for the most part. It was all basic and met simple needs. Also I feel as though the gift shop located inside could have had more to buy. Sometimes I would hang a towel on the back of the bathroom door and it would get missed. But it wasn't really an issue.

The view from our room and the cleanliness of the building was lovely. I also felt super safe with security walking the halls and property. Lemon water in the lobby at night was a nice touch as well, along with the required quiet hours so that everyone sleeps well.

The water pressure in the toilet was a bit weak and the shower was fixed so it was a bit uncomfortable.

It was nice that the old town and nearby restaurants were within walking distance. There were a lot of family tourists, and the outdoor hot top was great for relieving the fatigue of the day. Also, I was satisfied with the morning breakfast.

Upon arrival we had to have maintenance come and put light bulbs in bring a new lamp into the room for light. I would think this could have been taken care of prior to our arrival. It didn’t make sense how the last guests didn’t say something as it was very dark or housekeeping didn’t notice. The last 2 days we went without a bathroom light as that burnt out and we didn’t have time to deal with maintenance coming to fix another thing. I have never had this issue at a hotel before with this many lights not working. When reading reviews prior to booking this room it sounded like the shuttle was convenient and had multiple departures in the morning. That was not the case. When relying on shuttles I would have preferred more times and only used it one morning and had to use Uber the majority of our stay which I wanted to avoid.

The continental breakfast was great way to start the day. The Mickey waffles were a hit every morning and really tasty. Pool was heated and would have used it if the weather was better.

The hotel is starting to look a little tired and whilst the rooms are adequate they are not luxurious and possibly overpriced . The breakfast is not very good.

The location is good for access to facilities in Kissimee and close to Celebration.

The room service is available upon request, yet despite asking, no one was sent to clean or attend to the room's utilities during our six-night stay, which was quite disappointing.

The hotel's standout features are its location and breakfast offerings. They provided a continental breakfast, and the portion sizes were ample, as no one seemed to have any complaints about insufficient food.

The carpet in the room had a slight humid smell, but that seems to happen in other places too (local climate I guess). Nothing that bothers, after you turn on the air conditioner it's all good.

Great breakfast, lots of options. Pool and hot tub outside were very nice too. Comfortable beds, clean room.
