Only one ice machine for 3 floors and IT DIDN'T WORK! One manager tried to act surprised but made the statement we could go to 7 eleven about two blocks away. I asked the day manager about and she immediately suggested 7 eleven which proved they knew it wasn't working. The machine was bone dry which was another indicator it hadn't worked for a while. The elevator stopped working on our last night and they didn't have the courtesy to place a sign on the elevator.

The walls are thin, could hear neighbors in the other room. The bellhop cart is literally broken, tires need air, so it was very difficult to get my bags into my room.

The room was spacious and clean. The internet connection was decent. Front desk staff was helpful. Overall decent stay.

The room equipment appears to be slightly worn and could benefit from renovation. The fitness equipment is in need of maintenance.

The breakfast offerings were quite enjoyable. Complimentary parking is certainly a positive aspect. The compact fitness facility consistently remained unoccupied, allowing exclusive access during morning workouts.

breakfast was advertised as starting at 6:30am…which is late considering their proximity to the airport. but when I showed up right at 6:30 the breakfast wasn’t open. the guy in charge was talking on his phone while setting up with one hand. I asked about yogurt since my flight was early and I needed to leave. he said he’d get it for me. and then he didn’t. I waited for another 10 min and finally asked again and he told me they didn’t have any. so I had to run to get to my flight on time and then had to buy a $5 yogurt at the airport. everything else was great, but with their proximity to the airport, breakfast should be more of a priority…earlier and on time.

Parking garage is not very secure with people wandering in and out from street. I would not park there again, but ok if flying.

No shower safety bar, homeless person hanging around on premises, no USB outlets, walls and floors thin. Can be noisy.

A lot to like especially the value being so close to the airport. Clean room, good water pressure, fridge, microwave, no cheap flimsy shower enclosure, garage, breakfast.

Garage columns are spaced very close for 3 full sized cars and larger vehicles can only get two in. I scratched my door and I am a good driver. Breakfast was advertised on web listing but none was provided. I will probably never come back to San Jose so they have no repeat business to lose, but it diminishes my confidence in the Booking.com app wherever I travel next.

The breakfast question - it was all sugar in a bag you pick up at the lobby counter - a Nature Valley granola bar, a blueberry muffin with sugar literally the heaviest ingredient, a green apple and a little carton of orange juice from concentrate. There was also coffee or tea available. There was gum or something similar stuck on the carpet in my room. Parking was challenging due to the pillars and close spacing.

It is easy to get to and a very short walk to the Denny's next door. I reduced my stay from six days to four, and Booking.com assisted me in keeping the rate and refunding the difference.

they ran out of breakfast bags two days in a row refrigerator was struggling several loose outlets and the hair dryer didn’t work

how the staff never said anything to me about the $100 down deposit and tried to charge my card the next day once I’m back in Gilroy at my hometown and had no reason to take my $100 bucks from me .

Kind of sketchy outside the hotel. Cops were next door arresting someone when we arrived at night.

No smoke detector connected, it was in a drawer. No daily housekeeping so had to ask for more toiletries and a hairdryer, towels, so also no additional coffee pods cups etc.

Great AC, bed was comfortable, room was clean other than a big black spider in tub.
