One of the cleaning staff who served me /my room could be more communicative and attentive. Cleaning staff could not speak English --this might be problematic for international guests and breed misunderstanding or prevent meaningful exchange. Facility maintenace could improve

My only problem was the lift very slow at times had to wait a while for the lift.

I enjoyed breakfast staff very friendly and efficient made me feel very welcome. The carpet in the room could do with changing perhaps to tiles, room looked freshly painted as paint was on the carpet l. The view o had from my window was spectacular looking over to the seaport and all the ships. Bathroom was clean. I couldn't get the coffee machine to work but didn't need a coffee Reception staff very nice and welcoming. Lobby staff especially were attentive when I asked I could leave cases as I got to hotel before check in time.

The elevator is also used by the staff, this means, each level your elevator will stop, it takes about 10 minutes minimum to get from the reception to your room. And you are stuffed between staff, the trolley they carry in that elevator.

Great location, the reason we booked and so it matched our expectations. Very close to the Bay and the Miami Heat games.

Lifts are a big problem!!! The bath tap fell off. No fridge. Carpet in room needs a professional clean it was disgusting, our socks were black with dirt !

The view was great. Location excellent- we saw the best of downtown in a short time due to fab location. The hotel arranged our driver to the port.

Two small elevators for the whole hotel. It took 20 minutes sometimes to go down and up. The reception asked for extra $30 to early check it after assuring that my room is ready. So abusive!!!

The room was small and the bathroom tiny. But at least it was all clean!! The elevators are slow just need to have patience.

The location was perfect! Able to walk every where we wanted to go. Plenty of shops and restaurants across the street at Bayfront. We upgraded to a bay view and oh my gosh what a view!!!! Best part of the stay!!

The hotel is more appropriate for young people without family. Using the elevators in the morning was impossible.

Elevator situation is terrible. Way too small and only two elevators (with only mostly working buttons). It was pretty much gaurenteed that you would wait 15 minutes to get an elevator with enough room, if any, to show up. It was not fun hauling 4 decently large suitcases down 12 flights of stairs, but after already waiting 10 minutes for an elevator I figured it was better than waiting even longer. Rooms are way too small. Bathroom door was slightly off axis ensuring my kids got stuck each time they closed it

Location was good, staff was good, food was good but over priced.

Our bathroom was not clean. It had hair in the shower and sink area. The elevator situation needs to be fixed. It took us 45 mins to get down to check out. I ended up letting my kids go down the elevator and I took the stairs dragging luggage. The bag employee met me in the stairwell and took my luggage the rest of the way. We tipped him well for helping us.

I love the location and ease to move around downtown Miami.
