How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Rooms were dark, lumpy pillows, fitted sheet did not stay on the bed, exterior room entry, my room was at the top of a stairway so I could hear people going up and down the stairs
Good value, convenient location (close to Anaheim Resort Transit line and an OK walk to the west entrance to Disneyland), quiet, bath toiletries provided, good sized closet

It’s not just in front of the entrance of the Disneyland! You need to walk for more than 30 mins!

Wish there was more parking available. We had to park in the basement and take the lift which took us into the Hyatt and then had to walk on over.
Super clean, the guy at reception who checked us in at night was very friendly. Everything was smooth sailing. The room was very big and very clean. Breakfast was pretty standard (lots of brown coloured foods lol - pancakes, eggs, bread, bagels, cereal etc). Perfect for carb loading before Disneyland! 20 ish minute walk to Disneyland and lots of restaurants, coffee and a CVS nearby.

The bathroom toilet is for a small child and does not have a closing lid so it’s loud bangs and the showerhead could be better One more thing, they informed me that down they clean the room after three days of day, which makes it very inconvenient to have to go get your own towels every day

Very loud air con unit. In need of a update.
Very basic breakfast, edible one day, (made ourselves a sausage egg muffin), the second day we skipped it as very unappealing. Location excellent and good value.

The room had a weird muggy smell. The bathroom smelled like laundry you forget to move to the dryier
The property is in a great location and there’s plenty of parking. Breakfast was basic and the rooms smelled bad, but were clean

The sofa bed wasn't confortable. Mattress is old, to much use. We went there 2 years ago to the same room, nothing change. Breakfast was better other time I went and now parking isn't include. How can be possible? Roon isn't cheap! And you have to pay extra for parking ? Next time I'll choose other place, sorry

They charge you up the parking spot with 50 DLLs

that I had to do multiple reservations and would not let me; thus, I needed to do one at a time. when I went back to do other reservations, I typed the name of the hotel, assuming it would upload the exact hotel, I clicked on 1st loaded and was Not this one. ended up booking another hotel. this is more of a website glitch, nevertheless, front desk could have help with booking so they can help make charges since there were other rooms reserved.

There’s never parking available upstairs and you have to walk to the parking they have downstairs.

Disappointed in the very popular parking charge. It is the same at most hotels, but considering the little wear and tear on lot as cars are gemerally parked for days one end and do not exit and enter i find it annoying. How do people arrive to hotels? Mostly by car. Few fly in and do not rent a car. I mean next we will see restauramts charge for parking. Add ot to the room rate. Also I dislike to use third party bookimg.com. My daughter booked this as a TA I prefer to book w hotel directly but you denied meeting the price, when I called to try that. I am not sure I will stay agaim for those reasons.
