We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI stayed on the lower '0' level which seemed to be neglected and dated more than the rest of the floors, although the decor, carpeting and design seemed from the same time period. I did appreciate the quietness on that floor though.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby area seemed to be recently updated. I liked being able to get Starbucks coffee and breakfast too.

I've been coming to this hotel for years. I'm not a corporate business executive I'm a everyday single parent who was in crisis when covid pandemic hit. These people showed me & my 2 year old the upmost respect like they did everyone in suits & ties. They didn't know but their down to earth but still immaculately professional behavior gave me the motivation to look past the crisis that I was facing. I left to live in California and came back here 2 years after my crisis. Even with different staff the tone of this hotel employees is very touching. Their all great spirited, professional people who don't give anybody a hard time or be rude or show any type of discrimination towards any of their customers. In today's society customer service skills are horrible. So for this hotel to have a full staff down to the housekeepers of well rounded, polite, warm spirited, professional people speaks volumes. The staff that work up & close with the customers are a great reflection of whoever runs this place at the top of leadership board for this location. The rooms, furniture, always new white towels, comfort of beds etc is always spotless. Great place with great energy & vibes. I'm 45 years old & this place is one of the best, well rounded businesses I've dealt with!!!

United StatesMarriott screwed up our reservation and receptionist was belligerent and inflexible in addressing the problem leaving us sitting in the lobby for two hours at 11 pm at night. Breakfast was terrible. No shuttle service to the airport and no help from staff in booking a cab - thank goodness for Uber. This is one hotel near DFW I would definitely avoid. Serious problems here.

And for the rest of the morning housekeeping stood outside of our door waiting for us to check out so they could clean. The hallway smelled like sewage and the room did not have working A/C. United StatesThe online receipt says I was charged $125.35 but $150 was taken out of my bank account and I am not very happy about that. I would like to get that refunded because even when I booked online I was told $125 so I was only expecting $125. I feel robbed.
