You were charged for EVERYTHING. No Continental breakfast. Only what you chose to pay for. They advertise refrigerator in the room……a lie. I needed a refrigerator for medications, which was why I booked here. Went to the front desk to say I need to go elsewhere. They refused to refund me. Even though they were dishonest in there advertising

The hotel did not provide complimentary breakfast, the wifi was terrible, the door handles kept sticking, the bathroom had no vent or fan, the air conditioning had to be manually turned off because the auto didn't work, the water pressure in the sink was poor and there was no fridge...only a cooling box which was terrible.

The lighting in our room was very poor - the under-counter light did not work neither did the lighted mirror. The closet is way too small. No view - right in front of a huge tree.

We were passing through 4 years ago and our stay was just OK. My main complaint was the hotel had a policy of playing very loud music around the pool area all day. This is probably great if you are under 30 years old but pretty irritating if you are the sought of person that likes quiet. Gave it another try…. the music has gone and it’s a very nice place to stay, great breakfast, great staff, Well done , we’ll be back.

Started having issues before getting there; we always do the free-cancellation & no pre-payment option, yet charges showed up 4 days before we arrived. When I called to ask about it, they told me it was their policy, to sort it out with Booking.com and consider myself lucky ( yes!) that they had not charged it the moment reservation was made. I contacted Booking. com and they confirmed I should have only been charged upon arriving at hotel. Once there, for a $347 (total) per night, we got the surprise that in our room NONE of the multiple data/charging ports was working, and we were down to ONE plug in the entire room that we could use. When we tried to call the front desk to complain... the phone, did not work! When I tried to get on the wi-fi to look for another hotel.... it did not work as their certificate had expired! When we were coming back from unloading the car, we discovered the security door was anything but secure and could be opened by anybody. At that time we ran into a maintenance employee and inquired about our room issues, only to be told that the data port/phone situation was a known and pervasive issue, with no resolution in sight because of parts shortage. When I finally called the front desk from my cell, they kept insisting on sending maintenance - though we explained that we had already talked to them and they could not do anything. They were were not able to provide an equivalent room and ensure that things there would work. After multiple escalations without any resolution, we were told "you can talk to the General Manager in the morning". After dinner, we decided we were not going to put up with this on principle and booked ourselves a small hotel downtown Key West (Ambrosia - highly recommend it!) . Best moment of our stay? When we checked out! Later that morning we got a call offering us a partial credit for our one night stay, which we accepted, but changed nothing of our overall negative impression.

Renovating pool resulting in paint fumes and excessive noise from 8am. Rooms should have been closed while this work was carried out. Terraces very small.

Pool and tiki bar was closed whole time there and they didn't offer a discount said could use next door pool but it was packed and very small and located at a restaurant no privacy at all . I think they should of discounted on price of room because of it

The staff was short, abrasive, rude and very disrespectful. They gave miss information and even denied that fact. I had a problem with my bathroom but after the way I was treated felt as though it would do me no good to even try to get help. This trip could have been less stressful and less expensive at many other locations.

The prices was a little expensive but on par for the location and because we booked it last minute.

We loved the staff and the bartender at the pool bar - very nice and helpful. The rooms and property were very nice. It was nice to be a little out of downtown.

Ate at the Stoned Crab next door, way too expensive, even for the keys!

I paid extra for the breakfast and it was so worth it! You can get hot or cold food and Starbucks! And you get until 11:00 to eat. Most places end at 9:00.
