Booked on 2/24/24 at night. Sent a message that we will be checking in 02/25/24 early morning, I know I will be checking out at 10 am 2/25/24. When I was checking in, the front desk said they will be closing at 12pm and not accepting anymore check in and Booking.com should've taken out Curry Village for that date. I asked what would happen to my payment and they said It was booking.com who will take out the payment and he checked and said booking.com has not taken it out yet... The following day I checked my account and the money was taken out already. I called Booking.com and now they are telling me that it was Curry Village that took out the money not them... So now I am still waiting for them to talk and decide how they're going to give my money back..... Please follow up..

Listing said amenities included a heater, which was odd because the title was "unheated tent." In the end there actually was not a heater. Otherwise great!

No heater in room. The listing indicates that a space heater is available. There is not. The blankets and linens are inadequate for temperature below freezing.

    Centrally located.

I can't believe what they charged for a canvas tent in the middle of winter. The heater pumped but it never reached higher then 55 degrees inside, making it super uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy. I probably would charge 50 bucks a night and only because it's inside the park. Almost 200? If it wasn't true, I'd laugh. These tents probably haven't been renovated since 1985. Stay classy, California 🥴

It's hard to beat Yosemite Park as a place to wake up in- I mean WOW.

Tents are totally dirty. The quilts kept sliding off the bed. There was a big puddle at entrance to bathrooms, if a piece of wood had been placed over we would not have dirtied our shoes. Reseptionist Pavel was great. Dining at 7 tents great.

My dad and I stayed at one of the cabins. The facility is pretty old and the door knob was hard to work with. It had snowed the a days before our stay but the entry of the cabin was slippery and not kept clean. There was no wifi in the room. We were happy to check out early. Staff are informative, but are not friendly.

The location of the stay was fantastic.

The quiet hours are not enforced and there is no noise insulation whatsoever between the tents. I stayed next to a very loud group during my stay that was very noisy after the 10 pm “quiet hours” every night. They were loud enough that I could hear them through noise cancelling headphones worn over earplugs. I called the number provided to ask management to intervene both nights, as instructed by the list of camp rules posted inside the tent. They were very nice on the phone and did send someone, but it was just a cursory pass by “please keep it down” and as soon as they left the group went back to the same noise level. There was no follow up or enforcement. I understand that some people come to Yosemite to party and management wants to accommodate everyone, but this lodging shouldn’t advertise having quiet hours from 10 pm on if this isn’t true. Many people visiting Yosemite get up with the sun to hike, so being able to go to sleep early and not be woken up is crucial. Why not have a section for guests who want to adhere to quiet hours and a section for those who don’t want any noise limitations? This lodging is too expensive to not provide customers with a good night’s sleep. As a guest, you would be better off staying in one of the dispersed campgrounds.

Usually, there is a line for the common restroom area.

Perfect location for Yosemite Valley, right in the forest. The camp has food options. Deer are walking across the camp.

Installations are very basic, duty and for sure doesn't worth the ridiculous price you pay. Our cabin was in the middle of the mud, no pavement at all, the blanket provided was poor and doesn't help when temperature was close to zero at night (so bring your own stuff!). Towel provided is very low quality, amenities in general are very bad. I do not recommend this place and i rather drive 1h something every day to not stay on this place.

Only positive thing is location so you don't need to drive 1h to get here, all the rest is terrible.

Non heated tent in January wasn't a good idea. Good thing the front desk lends out nice and warm wool blankets! Windows werent sealed so it was very drafty. The comforter was dusty and mildewy. Glad we brought a double size sleeping bag to put on top of the bed. Also found a dead rat inside the bear box. Good thing it was freezing so i didnt smell as much.

    Clean bathroom, good value

I didn’t like how dirty the tent cabin felt. The bed, sheets and blanket were clean but the room itself had a dirty floor and there were spiders inside. The signs about mice made me feel a bit anxious, too. I know this is like camping in the outdoors and to be expected but I think even tent camping would feel cleaner/safer. You also aren’t able to have a fire or cook anywhere in Curry Village which took away from the outdoor camping experience, and plus, you had to spend more to buy food. I did not think it was worth the price at all.

I liked that it was inside Yosemite National Park and near Yosemite village. There were places to grab food, drinks, groceries, and gifts very close, too. Beautiful view from Curry Village.

There was a storm and the village was closed and NOBODY tell me that was closed. I almost was there when I call the structure to be sure that there was food, and they tell me "OH no, the village is closed". I spend hours in car to go there and they don't tell me not to come!!! Not to mention the cost of the fuel to go there. The stuff is not polite and very incorrect. NOT FAIR!
