The shower itself had rust on the bottom of the tub, our heat wasnt working maintenance came and fixed later. Thevfkors were gross and our spread sheet were stained up and nasty looking. No alarm clock or tv remote control. Very bad hotel! U

Not so clean, shower too slow Room smells, pillow are not solt blanket have many stain and the booking.com took money that I had cencle for first time I booked It said pay when I alive but I can cancel 24 hours before I alive ,I did cancel more than 3 days before it When I paid for 1 night stay and it took from the one I canceled as well Not a good business please return my money to my account and I don't have to call for further business I will not contact booking.com anymore

Walked in the room and there was dead cockroaches and no lightning, no alarm clock, no phone to call for room service. Rust stain in the middle of the tub, had to put towels down to take a shower. No room service for fresh towels or sweep floors on a 3 day stay. 3rd day live roach in bathroom. Lights for bathroom shut off automatically in 15 minutes. Only half roll of toilet paper...just all around terrible room. No extra seating if guest came by and not one hook or rack to hang clothes or coat.

It was close to family. Pick that room because my mom passed away and she work there for 18 year's

My fiance our daughter and I booked 7 days we'll the tv didn't work it was filthy when we came in stains on beds dead roaches and bedbugs rings from drinks on every surface. Not one thing was clean. They refused to change our room claiming none of the heaters work in other rooms. Then a few days into our stay we hear on the Elkhart news about how there was a shooting here the night before

The entire place was disgusting. We came with another couple so we each had a room. Both of the rooms smelled filthy and smoky. Our friends room had a blood stain on the sheets, hair on the sheets, a phone in the room with no cord, ashes on the floor, and a dirty diaper behind the nightstand. In our room, the bedspreads were filthy, the floor was dirty, the water coming out of the sink initially was brown. we did not even want to sleep in the bed. The lobby was disgusting as well.
