Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every morning I was woken up to be asked if I was checking out, even though I had extended the day before. Fire alarm at 4am due to old dryers, everyone had to exit building for 1 hour. One staff member entered room without knocking to tell me I need to extend, even though I had already the day before. When I showed him my confirmation and payment he started to argue, then told me I had to leave and was calling the police. Afterwards, the manager told him he was wrong, but he continued to argue with me.

Room smelled like sweaty feet, complained to desk was told " we're sold out " (doubtful) no offer of air freshener or a fan or anything. Almost unbearable. I've stayed in other rooms here that didn't smell but this room was bad. Impact was worsened by staff complacency. Guy at desk made a huge point of telling me " checkout is at 11", I explained I would be leaving for work at 5am, he just kept looking at me and saying " yes but checkout is at 11" couldn't tell if he was trying to be funny, or possibly a language barrier but it was awkward.

The fact that the sink was outside of the bathroom was very inconvenient with multiple people. The carpet was filthy, and there was some type of dirt or sand at the foot of the bed when I went to go to sleep. Could definitely do a better job at cleaning and sanitizing. $200 was way too much for that hotel. I definitely would not stay again or recommend it to anyone.

Hot tub was not working. Room was very small. Chair in room was filthy. Carpeting is filthy. Housekeeping did not clean room or provide towels for additional day. We had to go to front desk to get clean towels. Coffee in room was disgusting and only 1 pouch for 1 cup was provided for 2 people. $176 per night is way too high for what is provided.

Prking was good. Staff was friendly. Check-in was quick. Room was clean.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you have children.the girl at the reception, I don’t know her name, was rude and not hospitable, didn’t want to return the $100 deposit, it’s not clear why?! but after another administrator came and checked the room, the money was returned!

The breakfast was not edible. I had to go to a restaurant to eat. I paid over 175.00 for this hotel which was dirty, holes in wall and door. Stained and mold in bathroom. There were sex workers at the hotel. I was with my son and felt very unsafe. The pictures looked not like the rooms. They would not refund me. I am so disappointed with my stay. It ruined our trip. I do not recommend this hotel for families or children. It is not safe. The local businesses are aware that this is a heavily sex trafficked area. So scary!!

Checkout time said 12 pm everywhere that i looked, and I even put 12 pm checkout time on my reservation. The housekeeper kept knocking really loudly at 1107 while I was taking a #2, so I hurried up and finished and told her I'd be leaving soon, and she snarled back checkout is 11 am. It was pretty rude considering everything I seen checkout was noon.

Facility is not clean at all. Staff are rude and blame Booking.com for issues of check-in and check out. Breakfast is nothing to look forward to and you get harrased by janitorial staff carrying a cup of coffee to the room. Stayed in many hotels globally but this is the worse.

The breakfast was terrible… hard & cold biscuits were a complete turnoff!! There was NO comparison to Fairfield Inn. You should have one of your executives stay at at Days Inn one night, then a Fairfield Inn the next. This should be bar for the similar pay.

Breakfast fast pretty bare not much of a selection maybe Two or three things to choose from. The staff could be a bit friendlier I ask for clean linens and was told ok and they never showed up had to walk down to the front desk and ask for towels from a front desk cleark that acted like I ask for the moon.i would rate the cleanliness of the room at about a 6. Stains all over the floor and lamp shades , the water never got hot I let the shower run for literally 15 min and it was still cold . I will never stay there or recommend the days in to anyone I know or don't know for that matter!

Loud water dripping on AC unit made it hard to fall asleep. Breakfast room TV turned on at 0530 and woke us up in the room next to it. Not enough pillows on bed.
