Everything else! The quality for that price, the cleanliness were cheep and old, the smell was bad overall in the whole facility not just in the room. And the “free” breakfast! Whatever that was….it was NOT breakfast, it was some low quality very poor version of breakfast so if that’s what triggers you in booking, DON’T fall for it!

The location was the only thing i liked , close to downtown, good area, easy to access.

The facility was dirty, run down, the room we were assigned the door handle was broken. I reported it to the front desk and the clerk said someone would be down to look into this. Nobody ever came. We were never offer to move to another room. There were two of us staying and we were only given linens for one. My husband went to the desk to get t linens and they were out. Neither the night clerk nor the morning clerk were helpful.

They only had 1 bath towel and 1 dry towel in a room for 2 guest? Smh this whole place looks like something from a horror movie. No ice. This place is more likely used by people for hourly things. If we hadn't need sleep from driving to Ohio from Wisconsin I would've just slept in my car. NEVER EVER STAY HERE.

Everything. Sketchy neighborhood and parking lot. Pet friendly...so loud and smelly...lots of smokers too. Bathroom was literally falling apart. So expensive for what you get. Can't figure that one out. Read the reviews and DO NOT stay here!

Loudness, smell, see through curtains, it was like daylight all night long because of the lights in the parking lot outside our window.

It was so run down and smelled of pot. You could hear everything going on in the hall. You could see through the "curtains" into the parking lot . The cops were there when we arrived. If we could have gotten a refund we would not have stayed.

Rooms weren’t clean, drug paraphernalia laying around the property and drugs found in our dirty room that has never been or at least it hasn’t been for a very long time cleaned right! I’m positive that it has NOT seen a vacuum cleaner ran under or around the bed and furniture! No coffee pot, no breakfast as it states and only 1 towel for 2 people! Plus house keeping never checked on us or came to our room to clean or see if we needed anything? So far it’s been thee absolute worst Days Inn I’ve ever stayed at or ever seen! My wife worked for Days Inn at Flatwoods W.Va. and would never of been allowed to leave a room that way or conduct her job as these people do! Would of been better off sleeping in my car!

Broken down room

The headboard was broken off of the wall There was no fridge or microwave available, no coffe, I left my orthopedic pillow on accident and when I called to see if it could be mailed yto me, I didn't really get any kind of an answer. The girl said she would leave a note and someone would call me- No call as of yet.

Room was dirty, broken mirror on the floor in the closet, had to ask for towels and toilet paper, shower was so small you could barely turn around and I wore flip flops in it to be safe. TV had bad signal and no fridge, iron or phone.

The only positive about this room was the bed was comfy and had clean bedding although the bed skirt was gross.

Smoke in the hallways Doors and carpets were dirty. Did not feel secure.

Not.much to like, the place was a dump. The bed was comfortable but given they skimp on everything the cleanliness of the linen was suspect.

- No fridge in the room - No breakfast. - No mini shop - Stinky room and corridors. - Filthy room carpet. - Very slow and unexperienced front desk staff - morning shift. - Very rude front desk staff - evening shift. - Broken icemaker. - The vending machine does not accept credit cards. - They don’t clean up your room unless you ask them to do so. - Bathroom light went off they promised to fix it but they didn’t.

As mentioned, breakfast options were advertised in the hotel description but when we asked what hours it was available we were informed they haven't actually had breakfast available in over 2 years (pre-pandemic). The hotel felt rundown and dingy in general - the pictures online were very misleading. My boyfriend's PTSD kicked in from all the noise at night - from a smoke detector in the hallway constantly beeping to doors being slammed in the hallways all throughout both nights and regularly being woke up by people screaming and yelling in the hallway... he got very little sleep both nights. Also no USB plug-ins for devices like most hotels we've stayed in in recent years. Free wi-fi was advertised but when I opened my wi-fi options nothing hotel-related popped up. Alarm clock in our room was busted too, no coffee maker either.

"What did you think of the breakfast?" Well Booking.com... despite it being advertised in the description... staff informed us they haven't had breakfast available in over 2 years (since the pandemic)! I liked that it wasn't too far a drive from the area we were visiting but that's about it. Oh and the TV had lots of channels too! Staff was pleasant when we asked for extra towels and pillows (1 gal even brought pillows to our room)
