The bed was not comfortable and the mattress needs to be updated. The room also smelled like smoke even though it is a non-smoking facility and I don't smoke.

The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and the value of this room was lower than surrounding hotels

I checked in around 4pm and was given a key for room 224. When I went to the room, the maid was still cleaning the room and said she would be done soon. I found it odd that I would be given a key to a room that was not ready. When I returned later, the room reeked of cigarettes and you could feel every spring in the bed. I was moved to room 227. The bed and smell were better but not by much.

The staff was accommodating and friendly.

We arrived late and had a long flight so quite tired and thirsty. Could have provided a few bottles of water, we would have paid for it. Fridge was a waste of time as it wasn't cold enough. Place is run down, more of a one star hotel. Would not recommend and won't stay here again.

I liked the staff but disappointed with the hotel.

Right when I open the door and the door jam, there was toilet paper like if they were keeping it open for someone, the beds did not have blankets desk when you first walk in was dirty

It is a motel and there's a scam from booking as the room s always below $100 night. So if you see a half price deal it is a dishonnest offer to see you're saving 50$ + by night.

Room only had a worn out chair and a small desk, with no outlets near the desk.

Immediately we were greeted with Pubic hair on the toilet seat. Hairs in the bathtub, no shower curtain. Tons of disgusting mold on the underside of the bathtubs non-slip mat (I truly wish I took pictures) the overflow drain cap had mold around it. Other than the restroom there room was okay. There was only 1 chair in the entire room so my husband had to stand as we ate our dinner. The little desk/table is extremely scratched and scarred up. For being the only piece of furniture in the room. Yes it is a budget hotel but... The grounds were VERY Clean and we felt safe. Woke up to some crazy man yelling profanities and pounding on the door next to us but that's out of the hotels control. You can't control what a guest is going to do. They did put a stop to it rather quickly. I did like that there was a PATROL on duty in this area as there are a lot of Hotels in this area. Alot of Restaurants within walking distance. May I say again, that the Lady at the front desk that checked us in was AMAZING! I Wish I did not forget her name! If you are reading this and you worked Friday night 02/23/2024 Thank You for your Hospitality!!

The front staff at night was absolutely Amazing! She was so Friendly and made you feel very welcome! She helped us find locations of places we needed to be and where to get food late at night.

Outdated TV had no HDMI port so could not hook up to hotel's box or our computer. Walls very thin so next door bath fan and shower easily heard.

I had to change rooms 3 times. The first time was due to a horrible smell of cleaning products, then the next room did not have working lights. The room was ok, but it could have a coffee machine. Finally, someone who was not a guest or staff knocked on my door asking about weed in the middle of the night; I felt it was a bit unsafe.
