Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesOur room did not have a microwave. It was an older hotel and I thought the rooms rate were a bit pricey compared to others. It’s an OK hotel but I will be finding another hotel upon our return due to the room size/no microwave inside of room.
The location was perfect. Close to malls, shopping areas, and restaurants. Scenery from the hotel of DC was beautiful.

United StatesThe Skydome restaurant staff were rude. They refused to give us a table, put us on waitlist and never called back. They gave preference to outside reservations, not hotel guests. Bad business policies.
The hotel was fine. Room and lobby was great. Breakfast service was excellent.

United StatesFloors were not kept as well as other hotels. There were carpets in hallway that were buckled, and could be a tripping hazard. There were no shower caps.
The hotel had a gift shop, food, and resteraunts. All the people who were there working had a smile and were pleasant. Offered a snack which was a warm and delicious cookie at check in also a nice greeting!

United StatesReally needs to be spruced up in lobby area. Laminate coming off of table, marble tables cracked. I the smell of marijuana reeked in the hallway to our room, elevators, lobby & outside the door on LL where you pull up & unload/load luggage. If there is no smoking in the room that should mean marijuana also.

United StatesThe elevators were difficult to manage initially as no one told us to is the bedroom keys to select the room floor and always ended up in the kitchen floor then transferred to anew elevator until we figured it out. The other minor thing were the trash left on the room floor.
The restaurant on the SD floor was a nice addition to the hotel. The rotating experience was nice for the kids.
