The staff ignored my complaint.

Our first room was a handicapped room where the bathroom sliding door maneuvered as if it was off the track. The toilet handle had to be held down to completely empty the toilet. So we decided to change room. At first the receptionist said he would send up maintenance. He quickly complied when I said I’d rather change rooms. He gave us another handicapped room? We are NOT handicapped! Why weren’t we asked if we wanted a handicapped room? We chose to stay in this hotel because the friends we were visiting said it had been remodeled. It was old and had been shoddy remodeled. We had no desire to eat in the restaurant. The valets were very friendly and efficient.

It was advertised that room had a view of the Ocean, in reality it was a postage stamp size view if you stood on the small balcony that overlooked the freeway 🤪

The property needs cleaning and updating. Our bathroom was not clean. Their was no mirror in the room other than the bathroom, so when 2 people are trying to get ready to go to a wedding it was a challenge. The pool was very dirty. The furniture in the lobby is very dirty. Overall the property did not seem clean.

The staff was exceptionally nice, especially Randi and Lisa at the rooftop bar. The hotel is in a very good location.

how when we paid the breakfast during my booking, hotel billed me the breakfast 30dols more!?!, futhermore, I asked at the breakfast," wich are choice on the menu, when we paid breakfast before ?" during the check out, the receptionist didn't have answer !!!! he told me, my manager will call you... i never received one call .. it's not porfessionnal I want my 30 dols cheers jerome RENAUD +33643031009

This was the absolute worst Hilton Double tree I have ever stayed at. This property had lower level garage flooding. and parking was taken, so we parked in the water. The bath tub did not drain and filled up. A very small coffee single cup maker was in the room and coffee in the lobby was empty. The room was ocean facing and we were covered in gnats, the slider on the balcony was not working properly and compromised full closure. THE WORST THE WORST.

Bathroom was dirty, shower had black spots all over it and on the floor of the tub. The sink constantly splashed water everywhere, the shower leaked water all over the floor as I showered. The sliding glass door was hard to close back and to open. For the price that I was charged I was very disappointed.

We were celebrating our anniversary 22nd years of marriage! Reagan (front desk) beautifully decorated our room and even wrote us a congratulations card! We were so happy with the warm reception! We Would be happy to come back again here!

Bathroom sink faucet was broken and unusable, had to use shower water to clean up and brush our teeth. We had a late check in after our wedding, and were too tired to go back down to the front desk and argue. Upon check out, we told the front desk person about the faucet and they asked why we didn’t call maintenance to fix it, at 1:00am??? They said there was nothing they could do to give a partial credit. Very disappointed.

The property is run down. Room was not very clean. Sofa cushions were coming apart at the seems, and the bathroom was extremely small and had rust in the sink and the walls had lots of scuff marks and all around the room felt dirty. Also security felt like an issue. Strange man kept wondering the hall and even knocked at our door. Hotel took care of it, but still gave us a little scare.

pictures do not show how run-down it actually was. mainly the bathrooms not being clean. made it sound like breakfast was included but was not. Could not get the proper amount of sheets for the first night. even though we booked for four people. the valet was rude, communication was poor. not many amenities are available. hasn't been my experience before with double trees so I was very confused. staff was kind, but not very helpful except in the occasion of the rude valet the front desk did comp 3 car charges and I appreciated that. and that is also why I chose not to write a public review. but thought id share on, your survey here.

Sadly, we liked nothing about this location. Breakfast was over $100.00 for an absolutely disgusting buffet style breakfast! We went on this trip to celebrate my husband conquering cancer and was SOOO disappointed!

The air conditioning was broken and made an awful noise! All four us ended our trip with SUCH a head ache! It was the worst trip we have ever taken!

I just like the staff other than that the hotel feels overpriced and if you bring a dog with you, They’ll charge you $150 per night! Overnight parking fee is $29 plus even when you purchased the room that includes breakfast they will not honor it unless you’re a diamond member. The staff were so kind to give us a breakfast credit though but if you’re a family of 5? $20 per head is too much.So if you’re on a budgeted staycation, this might not be the right hotel for you. The room is Ok but the toilet is not flushing well.

The room smelt bad like a wet carpet and my ankles got bite by what felt like fleas. I told the staff and management and they barely acknowledge he saying they would look into it . The wax a group of customers that were very loud up until 12 midnight and very disturbing the staff did not control them or keep them quiet. The only person who had any real customer service and smiled and was friendly was the valet guy
