I really enjoyed the staff and the friendliness and how it felt like a family. The rooms were very comfortable and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. The happy hour was a nice touch and the breakfast was great as well.

The staff were all very friendly and courteous. The facilities were very clean, the food was so good and the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed here once before and loved it so we stayed again. This will be our vacation hotel from now on as it fit our family and is close to the Zoo and other attractions and our family loves it!

Staff was very friendly, loved the parking garage, felt very safe here. Easy access from main roads and good amenities. I gave 4/5 stars due to a few cosmetic things that can be changed and the bed was a little worn/soft. Otherwise great place like any Drury usually is.

We were there 3 nights. It would have been nice to have a switch up in evening food. We only ate one night since it was exact same food. Bfast was great and it was fine offering same items. The food is a GREAT BONUS there. Definately makes your hotel stand ABOVE others!!

This hotel was so clean and modern looking. The staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of extras that I wasn’t expecting such as free meal in the evening, free popcorn and drinks in the afternoon and free breakfast in the morning. Such a great place to stay!

the sink in our room drained extremely slow. by the time the water got warm, the sink was full of water. Most likely no one ever told management about it. In my opinion the fridge could have been colder, not sure if that was possible though.

It was nice to have provided breakfast and happy hour food & drinks. The staff did the best they could to keep up with the crowds. Sadly, many people DID NOT bus their own tables and left huge messes for others to clean. NOT the fault of the staff! Just extremely inconsiderate patrons.

Beds were a bit soft yet comfortable enough. It may have just been my mattress but it was slightly sunken in.

Staff was polite, friendly, and professional. facilities were well kept and very clean. Drinks and snacks provided during a specific time each evening and a full breakfast with multiple options is provided each morning. Great location and plenty of parking.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow

We came to Overland Park for my son’s appointment at the Children’s Mercy Hospital. The property in itself was very clean and conveniently placed. Parking was great, even had a parking garage. There was free coffee 24/7 in the lobby, and free sodas and popcorn throughout the day. There was a good sized complementary breakfast and also complimentary dinner. It says “complimentary evening snacks”, but it was a full sized dinner menu, so that was phenomenal. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that offered so much complimentary stuff. Also, if you are a drinker, they offer 3 complimentary drinks to anyone of drinking age that is staying per night. There was a heated pool and also a hot tub that stayed open until 10pm, and there is a fitness center, too. You won’t regret staying here.

The location is great. It is easily accessible. The night we stayed the weather conditions of rain turning to ice were difficult. The parking garage was excellent for our vehicle out of storm.
