Service sucked. The hotel room was dirty and no shower curtain. Their lamps didn't work so there was hardly any lighting.

When we first checked in to the room their was a broken TV, and many other problems so we moved. If i remember correctly we mainly moved because the door was not at all secure. The second room had a big hole in the wall by the front door inside with others. Roaches were very prevalent. Staff at hotel is hardly at the front desk. Toilet would clog often. Also the light switch by the front door controlled the outlet withe the fridge microwave and tv instead of a light. I tried to check out on early Monday but nobody was at the front desk? So I left a note because we had a uber waiting. Our room was 318.

the ceiling and floors all need to be replaced, very unsanitary and decrepit. the room was clean and the beds were soft but the tv had no remote, there was no breakfast like they advertise here on Booking.com app. The man who was working there this morning told me they didn’t breakfast anymore and he was also very rude. the door of the room looked like it was once broken down or broken into. there were many stains on the bathroom sink and there was also no coffee in the room like they said there was.

The receptionist that is All..

No remote for the TV in the room. No breakfast for the guests in the morning. Pool is a disaster with Green slime. And they tried to say that they smelled smoke in our room when me and my friend don't even smoke... The only good thing about this room is the sweetest receptionist of all time she totally understood the issues with the place... God bless her she is a sweetheart of a person.... all and all I got what I paid for but nothing else.... Honestly it's not a deal I could of paid $20 more and got a few more Bell's and whistles than what I got here.... Thank you very much for your time and consideration Yours truly Aron.C.H

Staff couldn’t find a key to give me for my room, the room had the smell of smoke penetrated everywhere, even though it was a ‘smoke-free’ room, the linen didn’t seem clean and even the walls appeared dirty.

from the parking lot, to walking through the stairway to our room was unsettling. Did not feel comfortable nor safe. I got two rooms and they both were as though someone lived in and just left .There was no phone, the remote control had no back and didn’t work nor did the tv or lamp. I pulled the dresser forward to see maybe if both were unplugged but when I did the base board was coming off wall and two roaches ran out. there was a plastic clear cup covering the sprinkler on the ceiling and funny because there was a fire alarm that was going off and fire department was dispatched witnessed from my vehicle while I eagerly searched for another hotel to sleep.

Unfortunately the first clerk that’s shift ended at 11 was unprofessional the second one Tosha was good had better customer service and professionalism

Stinky motel. It was really difficult to went through the staircase... homeless people outside.. in general we are not recommending even we have spent there only nights. I hope they will improve something in future because location is not so far from city center

Cons: Inattentive front desk staff- had to call desk phone from lobby to get his attention for check-in Abundance of homeless on the nearby streets Elevator was not working Carpets throughout were scary disgusting Cons specific to our room: Unflushed toilet found upon entering the room Red stains on the carpet which didn't look vacuumed or appropriate for bare feet Flaking paint & rustiness throughout with outlets that were falling out/off of the walls Secondary security door lock was missing Smoke detector was missing Bath ceiling fan was falling down & inoperable AC unit was falling apart & looked like a fire hazard so we never used it Large TV on the wall turned on but we couldn't get any channels to come in Bed was a basic spring mattress with the V-dip in the middle- not especially comfortable A lot of bugs were found & killed (none of these were noted to be bed bugs though, as some reviews have stated)

Pros: Large adjacent parking area with security present IHOP restaurant next door Within 2 miles of the Capitol & a lot of fun places in the Midtown area Easy access right off the highway Toilet worked fine Water from the bath tap was good & hot Had a working mini-fridge and microwave

I rarely write review. But this is the second time this year I had to. But this is the most extreme one. No toilet paper dispenser No hand soap Nasty floor No phone in the room Tv won't turn off The homeless situation at the hotel is immense. There are people literally living out of their cars out in the parking lot. I feel incredibly bad for this situation. But this place is not as described. I had to buy some Lysol and some hand soap. Lysol so that I could clean some of the room. And also I had Clorox wipes to wipe down some of the stuff that wasn't cleaned. I wish I could feel more pictures with better details but I just put the ones that were in the category provided.

The square footage of the room was correct. But as I said the room is a disaster. I had to ask them to vacuum the room. There's a major grocery store right down the street. This is Starbucks across the street. And lots of other things. But this block in particular is just really bad with homeless.

The bathroom ceiling was sagging and soggy due to moisture. That being said there was mold in the bathroom black mold if I'm correct from the visual I got. The room had bugs not cocaroches not bed bugs I don't think. But definitely little tiny black ones and ones that had blood in them when killed..

It was easy to book a d check in. That's about it.

Stayed in suite for 4 people. We had 3. Only 2 towels. Asked for another towel..nope housekeeping locks up area, so hmmm drip dry?. Tv had no remote, could turn up volume. After 2 hours clerk finally came to check tv. Never said anything and just left us with no TV results. Elevator broken and we are on the 3rd floor with my elderly mom who has alzheimer's..could get an extra blanket or pillow..no coffee maker either. Next time we have to come here we might try the motel across the street.

the bathroom was very dirty. pretty sure there was mold in the shower. the curtains were broken. half the outlets didn’t work. there was no ceiling light in the room. and the walls and floorboards in the main room were really dirty. I saw a lot of bugs

the workers I encountered were nice. the location was awesome for what we needed.
