there were not the efficient cook ware for cooking. We had some issues that were never addressed, and we reached out 3-4 times. Some plug outlets were busted, and that’s a fire hazard .

The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock. the shower was very weak on pressure and needs lighting inside the shower. The furniture was outdated. to washing machine was not good at its job.

The beach.. the balcony… the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was nice. stingrays was very nice. The gate staff was very nice.

Unit is older and a little dated...for example the jacuzzi tub did not look clean, but we did not try to use it, we just showered. There was not enough bedding in the room, but the host provided additional. They are doing construction on the property for updates,repairs...etc...no problem EXCEPT they should not start work until after 9am. our biggest complaint is that you could not leave the sliding doors open to enjoy the breeze from the ocean and hear the waves....that really kinda sucked.

Loved the quiet location and the condo was clean and well equipped. The elevator was fast and we never had to wait. Well worth the price we paid for the unit. The one issue/request we had was taken care of quickly by the host and all that was that we needed more blankets

Our condo wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival. We found clothes from previous guests under our bed, a cookie wrapper and other snack wrappers were found in the floor. Sand was on the couch. The guest bathroom bathtub did not drain and black debris would come up out of drain when used, maintenance came and fixed this issue a few days into our stay. Silverware in drawers had red lipstick on several forks and spoons. The blinds in the master bedroom did not fully open and some of the blind panels were either missing or broken. The doors leading from the master bedroom to the balcony did not lock, this could be a safety issue for some guests. We also had several issues with the air conditioning unit. Air was left on 72 during our stay as indicated by owner, and doors to balcony were never left open to prevent condensation; however, we had maintenance wake us up 2 separate mornings because the unit had been leaking water into the floors below us. We also had another guest come to our room and voice concern about this as well. Maintenance serviced the unit twice and stated that the issue was of no fault to our party and that the owners needed to fix a few issues in the condo. He said the drain was clogged and had to be cleared to prevent any further issues. Our party had contacted customer service about these issues and we were told that the $200 cleaning fee would be refunded to us, we have not received this refund or had any further communication with customer service.

One of the family members I bring with me is actually a house keeper, & we noticed fairly quickly that it wasn’t the cleanest as far as dusting and bathrooms go. Especially the light fixture over the table. We also think we may have left a wallet in the room, but when asking if they’ve found anything/could look they let me know they charge $25 just to go look. Whether they find it or not.

Top of toilet seat was not clean but the rest of toilet was clean. I had to clean/ slightly scrub the seat before use. The mattress was super hard (slept in different beds but eventually put pullout mattress on bed to help) and pillows incredibly flat ( had to stack two and fold over, just went to buy my own). Dining room chandelier had dust and cobwebs.

My family and I have stayed at many condos within dunes of Panama and I would not return to this one. When we arrived the door code wouldn’t register and this continues to happen over and over again forcing us to sit outside of of room door until the lock wanted to work. We were told nothing was wrong with it and to be patient and just try again but this happened every time we left and returned to the room. A few more things that really were not ideal include the extremely dusty room (no one could have dusted in there for a lonnnng time) there were chips and crumbs all inside of our closet in the master (absolutely not swept) the furniture is old old outside on the balcony and it felt like you shouldn’t be sitting in them (do not look like the picture) and the bed sheets / comforters did not fit the bed and were just a sheet with another sheet on top (no comforter or anything). The lamps were dirty, there were noodles and food on the blinds, the refrigerator did not get cold for days and the doors / ceiling lights were falling apart. This condo has potential but has not been maintained at all. For this price point at this property you can have so much more!!!!

The location is great, the tiki bars and store on property have everything you need. Both pools are large and super clean and the amenities on the property really make the experience.

king bed is broken and so uncomfortable, I sent a message about it with no response. the “bar” downstairs by the pool is selling drinks claiming they have liquor but they do not (they don’t even have a liquor license) only one trash bag was provided in each can for a 5 day stay. checkin - checkout is kind of weird, there isn’t a person you just assume and have to find the room yourself. creepy old guy working in the bar downstairs asked me to “pull my skirt up” because he wanted to see my tattoo.

great location, nice and clean room, quiet (minus the pool activities/music) easy access to the beach room had beach supplies in a hall closet for our use. super close to st. Andrews / shell island. sheets were actually clean and we had washer dryer access. close to anything we wanted to do.

The king size bed in room 2005E was so hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with a crick in my next which was a horrible feeling . And next I would rather stay closer to the ground.it took my youngest son to get used to being so high up.

The beds had really hard mattresses that made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The couch was more comfortable than the beds.

We enjoyed the view we had and the location not being too busy as some others. The apartment had everything we needed for the week. The pool was clean and easy to access as well as the beach being easily accesible from the hotel. We didn’t have any problems with check in/out. Parking was also accessible.

Toilet was not working properly and the shower wouldn’t drain and also we had no clothes dryer working the whole time we was there. We only brought a couple changes of clothes because we made sure to book a place with this amenity. Also the fridge was not cooling properly. So I feel we over paid quite a bit to have so many things not work. We are very disappointed with our stay
