Bathroom needed repainting, bathroom light was broken, no exhaust fan in bathroom. Door lock worked but door jammed up. Could hear upstairs guests walking around.

Felt very dirty, bed cover was dirty, walls were dirty, curtains busted and loud angry neighbors( not managements fault), glad pool was open but it was very dirty and cleaning poll has no net!

Didn't care for the cleanliness of the room their were articles from the renter before us,and the toilet leaked and was starting to mold the base bord.also the room smelled like smoke was told it was non smoking 🚭. The bathroom door had blood on it and their was no toilet paper, tub was stained looked bad.

the location wasn't great, I didn't feel like my room was clean, there were stains on the bedding and the towels. the mattress felt flat and and wasnt very supportive. I also felt like the staff wasnt very approachable or accommodating.

the heat worked which was nice on a cold night. we got to escape the storm by staying in this place. I really liked that the outlets worked.

Starting with bed bugs biting me all night, dirty room, old shower, poor maintenance over all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone traveling solo and even less with family, you can't feel rested after all night being bitting by bed bugs or fleas, sheets are old, rooms smell like cigarettes even the non smoking ones. For the price I could stay and Days Inn with at least continental breakfast, here you don't even want to try the coffee.

wires hanging out of ceiling, I guess where the smoke detector is supposed to be, missing control knobs on A/C unit, unable to control temperature, stains on chairs, loose faucet handle, general lack of cleanliness. Booking.com description said that breakfast was included, there was no breakfast.

Did not get breakfast, front was very friendly, but the place was very dirty. We didn’t get service in between night. We were told we had to ask for services. The air conditioner was loose from the wall. The place needs a lot of cleaning.

AVOID!! Fire detector missing, exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, carbon monoxide detector clearly had no backup batteries and was not plugged in to building power, both major fire and safety code violations. Violated ADA laws by requiring service dog certification card (not a thing and not allowed), so the stay cost another $30 which made it the most expensive in the area.

I don't like the deceptive pricing displayed outside on the sign board. It said a room was $39.95 but my room was $59.95. They do this to sucker you in at a low-ball unrealistic price and then charge you full price which is much higher, hoping you'll just say, "Well, OK, since I'm here in there lobby I'll pay the higher price." It's not an uncommon practice but I don't appreciate the deception (lie).
