The person who attended me told that my card didn’t went thru and was not charge on my credit card on booking wedsite but they charge me. Doble charge.

Because of Taylor Swift and Head In The Clouds Festival, there weren't many options to choose from, but our last hotel had overbooked and had given our room away, I didn't have any more choices but too book a room here. Based on the reviews, i wasn't expecting the cleanest place. The bathroom was dirty (i had taken clorox wipes with me just in case, and im glad i did). And the beds were disgusting, I found many hairs and stains in the sheets and pillows. Fortunately, i had taken an extra blanket with me, so I slept on top of it. Every Uber we had taken had warned us NOT to go out after dark. Definitely NOT worth the price per night

There was an A/C, a fridge and a microwave. There was a Pollo Loco across the street and a 7-Eleven a block away.

Floors and bathroom weren't clean. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the jamb looked like there was soap crammed in there. I saw a couple small roaches. That made me nervous about the bed being clean. There was no latch on the door, so the only lock was one that could be opened with a key from outside.

I was able to get a last minute room after midnight. The AC and TV were good

I want my money back, they are thieves, they stole 216 dollars from me and the person who attended me had a very bad character and told me that the entire hotel was fully booked when I booked online and paid for a room, and he didn't even give him the confirmation number I accept it and I call that robbery I will have to proceed legally with the police

I had problems registering. The clerk was absolutely drunk. He finally gave me the key. I went to the room only to find someone there. I went back to the office only to find that there was a 911 call to come to get the clerk because he was falling drunk. The office was left unattended. I had to attend to my business. I came back and found the office closed. There was a woman who was the wife of the clerk(owner) and said she could not help me. At this point I had to make other arrangements. At 8:00 pm I was offered a different room. I told them that I wanted a refund. They could not do it. I am out of my money and I don’t know what to do.

A swift response and to quiet the upstairs room.

No toilet seat, can you believe it!? Upstairs questroom was loud and banging abliut all night, at 230 AM I went to the office andd complained, nothing happened the noise co tonied all night. No bathmat in tub, very slippery, could have fallen and injured self. No lamp os in the room, just bright lights in the ceiling like a laboratory or operating room.

The man had an attitude with me. Asked to pay with cash and ASKED ME how much cash I had in my wallet. he kept breathing harder when I was asking about the extra charge that he wanted cash or it was going to be pricier. He gave me weird dirty looks as if I was bothering him the whole time and looked at my wife that way too. Making her feel uncomfortable. All we wanted was an affordable and comfortable place to sleep for a few hours. The blankets were soo burnt that it scratched our skin and had a bit of a funky smell to them.

There was parking. Parking was safe. Room stayed dark which was nice.

Charged twice because the person at the counter didn't understand how bookings made online work. Staff was difficult to communicate with. Also, housekeeping kept asking if I was going to check out every day when I had a 3 night reservation

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! THE STAFF DID NOT GIVE US OUR ROOM AFTER WE RESERVED IT ONLINE AND PAID $200 FOR IT. WE TRIED TALKING TO THE MANAGEMENT STAFF AND SHOWING THEM WE HAD A CONFIRMATION FOR THE RESERVATION AND THEY SAID WE DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING AND DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK AND WE ENDED HAVING TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. HORRIBLE PLACE HORRIBLE STAFF.
