My room was a little smaller than I expected, but still quite nice!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely. The pool area is also much larger and nicer than it looks in the pictures. Overall, it was a very nice hotel at a great price!

When arrived we were assigned a truly dreadful room, that bore no resemblance to the one I booked on Booking.com, but which the receptionist claimed met the same criteria. I strenuously disagreed, and fortunately, they were able to move us the next morning to one that did -- bigger, better equipped, with a proper bathroom, and access to the pool courtyard etc -- for the remaining 2 nights stay. Unfortunately, this 'gaming' of the room selection & assignment process seems to happen quite often when reserving through third party sites like Booking.com. Apart from that, the hotel, though a bit quaint 'decor wise', was clean & comfortable. Only real annoyance was the constant piped music on the terrace, though receptionists did respond to request to reduce the volume..... Parking is also an issue. The hotel has limited spaces, and most of the 'free' street parking is actually reserved for residents. That said, the reception did manage to save a place -- and we never moved the car again!

Th hotels is in a delightfully gardenesque, quiet neighborhood, with food stores & eateries nearby. It is within 10-15 minutes walk of most tourist sites, and a stop for the (free) bus loop service is conveniently located right outside its front door. The hotel itself a picturesque collection of buildings around a generous sized and furnished pool terrace. The staff who run & maintain the complex are all friendly & helpful.

The room was very small not really a place to put our luggage or hang anything only 175 square-foot. The air-conditioning really couldn’t keep up with all the humidity in our room especially after a shower. However, we were fortunate it wasn’t very hot outside.

The outside pool area, hot tub and grounds were beautiful. Everything was very clean. It was nice to be able to grab a drink at the happy hour tiki bar by the pool.

The room was tiny. Could hardly walk around the bed.

Beautiful buildings, lovely library, nice pool and hot tub, glad to have a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Beautiful quiet neighborhood, excellent restaurant next door, easy walking distance to attractions, great to have on-site parking as this was our visit to Key West.

Queen room was not up to par, needs updating with the bathroom situation. Also traveled with group had seven rooms and had trouble with getting the manager to answer emails or phone calls ,she was never on property, three days and and still no response to a situation. Very unprofessional to not return a call or email. Support staff was excellent.

Expensive for a basic hotel . Pool was cold when we got there . Heat was not on, they turned it on after many complaints . But takes days to heat up. The photos don’t reflect the changes to the property ( hammocks gone , waterfall gone, outdoor shower gone , upper sun deck no longer accessible ) one of the Bartenders at the tiki bar was the worst ( she was most negative person ever such a downer, all she did was talk bad about the new changes at the place ) Rooms are small but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway . Shower pressure kinda stinks .

Didn’t like the fact that the pool was not available because of the major remodeling in progress. And the fact that parking is very limited.

Room was clean and newly remodeled. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Construction was going on during our stay but the contractors are very quiet.Quite enough to almost not even know they are there. Duval loop free bus has a stop one block from hotel.

The rooms were much smaller than I anticipated. It worked for my sister and I but just wasn’t expecting it.

The property provided nature with privacy with a warmth. The hammocks were so fun and the staff was absolutely amazing!

Our room had toilet in something resembling a closet and basically taking a shower or going to the bathroom didn’t mean leaving the room. It felt a little small for 2 people and I wouldn’t recommend it for couples that aren’t very close with each other 😅

The property was close to Duval St and marina, we could rent bikes at the property, facilities were good and staff was always nice and helpful.
