Bed sheets are either washed in something caustic or idk what but I itched for several days afterwards: they were clean but whatever they wash them in is very irritating. Check-in was mostly the desk guy gesturing & pointing b/c I couldn’t understand him. Could NOT understand the staff! There were no directions for how to get the a/c to work on a hot day in July. As I came out of the room, three police cars were there to interview someone—I left as soon as I could thereafter. I don’t want to stay in a place where the police need to visit on a regular basis.

Inexpensive & flexible on times which is good. Clean & basic. VERY basic. Bathroom was spotless, good sized fridge.

I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THE ROOM! Originally posed by Booking.com for $45.00. $50.95 with taxes as expected. Motel Edgewood then charged another $65.00 at the desk not disclosing Booking.com charges. Total charge of $115.95 for a $45.00 room! Motel Edgewood then stated I was a no show to the room to collect money from Booking.com! I did stay at room 111. I will never stay at Motel Edgewood again and I uninstalled Booking.com's APP from my smartphone. The desk staff at Motel 6 stated it would be cheaper for me to pay directly with them with military discount with them. I guess I'll find out. I hope it was worth losing a regular customer for $65.00!

Well, this hotel offered no breakfast, but that was OK. I got a good price and the room was clean and well stocked…. The room also came with free HBO, which I loved. I have actually stayed there again several times since this stay

I paid for king size room but they wanted to give me queen size room with smelling cigarettes. It was disgusting.

No breakfast, first room was smelling. I booked king room and they tried to give me queen size room. I booked non-smoking and they tried to give me smoking room, the smell was disgusting..

Our room was given to someone else It's ok never going back to this motel

We made reservation on 3-2-2023 and I made the time 6-7pm but we were running behind due to traffic so I asked for our room to wait for us to arrive a 9-10pm on 3-4-23 but again I requested the hotel to hold our room until 11-pm 12am 3-4-23 when we arrived there was no room waiting for us the office guy said the room was supposed to be for 6-7 pm and when I requested the time differences he said I should have called the motel ( it didn't say on motel website to request and call the motel ( it stated to request to time arrival to your room ) nothing on the motel website about calling to request arrival time changes )

how the motel is located in Edgewood, Edgewood is such a bad place to be.. not safe for anybody anymore.

very clean no bed bugs, the fridge was amazingly big, great A.C unit and the bathroom was surprisingly very stylish clean big and the shower and bath was very very nice and relaxing, the staff sticks to themselves and the young lady who does house keeping is so kind and sweet and always has a smile on her face. only issue is Edgewood it’s self it’s full of weirdos and drug addicts and ofc weird people stay at the hotel who literally just sit outside to watch you and it’s creepy but everything else was surprisingly very neat. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

People who I was working with in the area were concerned for my safety when I told them where I was staying. The general area is a bit run down but nothing made me concerned about my safety.

We didn't even stay. It smelled horrible. Doors did not have inside looks so they can walk in at any point or weatherproofing on doors so there was a gapping hole along the trim. Very scary

Well I paid for a smoking room an hour before I got there and when I got there they had rented my room out and put me in a non smoking room .
