The breakfast was good, but not much variety. The coke machine was broken half of the time, and lots of food options were empty by 9am. I’m sure there is a staffing shortage everywhere in the service industry, however if you advertise an included breakfast for the price and then have no food being replenished or even checked on it’s a negative. Every day by 830am they were out of food, out of plates, silverware. The evening reception is a favorite bonus of my family. However, waiting in line every day for more than 30 to 40 minutes is a huge negative. Only one bartender the whole week. She needs help. The snacks were totally appropriate, however if you are going to put out cold items like carrots and ranch dip then you need a way to keep them cold in the heat of the day. This is a food poisoning nightmare. Again, nothing was being replenished and the only snacks left were the unrefrigerated ranch dip and veggies.

I loved the Buffett breakfast and reception time included. I loved the ease of the valet service. I enjoyed the pool and ease in getting to nearby attractions.

I didn’t like sharing this beautiful facility with animals! I have pet allergies and just didn’t like seeing animals walking through while I was eating. I also did not like hearing dogs barking next door to my suite.

Didn't like the enforced valet parking but the additional fees (valet and resort fees) were reasonable for what you get. The TV/ streaming was slow.

The hotel was new and very well designed. Breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for a good vacation (located right by Pier Park.) The pool was BEAUTIFUL and the water was heated, very warm even when the air was cold. If you have kids they will love the slide, the pool was mostly about 3 ft deep which felt safer for kids. The pool/ gulf view was lovely and worth the extra expense : )

The only option was to Valet Park. This was a huge hassle. Every time you want your car, you can't just get in your car and go. You are already paying $22 a day to park. I ended up walking very far to places and not go out at times when I wanted to because of the hassle with this.

Need to be made aware of all the extra fees up front started At 258 for two nights n by the time I left didn't use any the resort amenities wasn't aware of a 100 dollar a night thought it was 1 time thing then every time the valet handle my keys I was charged 22 dollar fee didn't know.

Not a fan of valet parking. Although, your staff was excellent and the car was always brought around promptly.

The snacks at the evening reception were disappointing. They offered small plates for a small price but they were even minimal with a few bits of cheese and meat pieces. I never got a wifi code. The front desk never answered the phones. I called from the airport 9 times to say we’re arriving late no answer. I called from the room 5 times, for WiFi code, no answer. The hot tub jets didn’t work and there were no towels at the pool. When the bartender called the front desk (to get us towels ),which was in view from the bar,there was no answer. Yet someone was always at the desk.

I have no complaint, hotel was clean in every way, modern and updated one of the best in the area. Price per night a little bit on the higher side, but its worth it. I would definitely be returning loved it

The breakfast overall at the resort was good and there were many options to choose from. We didn't each lunch or dinner there but we did eat at some local areas. Food was a big disappointment. I am from New Orleans so I had high expectations for food. Lots of the places were high and lots of the food was uncooked and just not good. Maybe we should have tried the resort's food.

The location was amazing, everything was very close by. We did have to put down a $100 deposit for each night we stayed (3 nights), which was refundable after stay and also valet parking ($22 per night). Although we were shocked at these unexpected prices, it was well worth it. All the staff members were nice, friendly and helpful. We also received free breakfast every morning and 2 complimentary drinks each night. I wanted to walk by the beach and also explore the area but it was raining and cold our whole stay. Definitely have to go here again!
