Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe were unsatisfied with the new policy of two drinks per adult. That location is a reason why we booked there happy hour is 5: 30 to 7:00 and we were unsatisfied. We also did not know there was renovations and remodeling being taken place at the time of our arrival. You could smell paint which wasn't pleasant and in here drilling which we know was going to stop at 6:00. Also the ballroom located downstairs had blasting music to about past midnight that we can hear from our room and and we were located on the 4th floor.
We were not satisfied with our first room. And the staff relocated us to a better room. We also lost a bag of items we have purchased and the staff was able to locate that for us

United StatesConsidering outside temps are currently 109 degrees I won’t hold it against the hotel that the cold water was very warm . Also noticed a lot of dust on the sprinkler heads in the room as well as the corners of the ceilings.
Beautiful hotel that is very well kept. It’s currently under renovation but they keep it very clean and organized for guests.
