The Embassy could use a few upgrades on the bathrooms and furniture.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. The happy hour is always a plus!

Nothing I enjoyed the stay but that is considering I did only stay one night, I suggest waking up early for hot breakfast though I do suggest that.

The breakfast was okay, customer service was good they worked with me and saved my room so I could get my money right on my card, If you looking for a nice cheap hotel then that's the right place.

We got there to check in at 5:00 p.m. and our room was not ready because housekeeping had not gotten to it yet. It was supposed to be ready to check in at 4:00. I had to change clothes in order to be at an event at 5:30. The desk could only give me the option to get a different room. I had reserved a premium corner suite because the noise from downstairs is loud in rooms that overlook the downstairs. So we ended up with a room that was not a corner suite. At 5:00 a.m., we were awakened by loud music playing downstairs, I presume from staff who were setting up for the day. So it was not a great stay for me…I have never had an experience like this from Embassy Suites, so all of this was very surprising and disheartening.

We could not check in until 6pm. The rooms were not ready. We drove from Texas, 4 hour trip and got into Little to get settled in a room prior to an appointment I had scheduled at 4:30.the purpose of getting there to get checked in at 4pm is so my husband could be in the room while I was at my appointment. The room was not very clean, the chair in the room was dirty- should be cleaned or replaced, the bath tub had a contact lens in the tub- tells me it was not cleaned prior to us, the carpet had stains and looked like some one had burned certain parts with an iron. The couch didn’t smell fresh, there was a picture missing from the wall, and the mirror in the room was crooked. This used to be an upscale hotel. In my opinion, not anymore. We will not be staying again.

Room had an awful smell. Smelled like weed and had a musky smell. The room was pretty basic to pay almost $200 to stay there for one night. We wanted to splurge a little to stay that night since we had been traveling all day. But I felt like my money was spent on how nice the lobby was. Felt like the rooms didn’t match how nice. Also there was a lot of screaming and yelling in the lobby. Not sure if there was a group of people on a trip but mostly teenagers were running around most of the night. Wish a worker would have told them to stop since people are trying to sleep. Other than that the hotel was fine and breakfast was good.

I didn’t like the the door handles and curtain rods were falling off. I also called the front desk several times to ask for pillows and blankets and I finally got them hours later.

We called and asked about them having a hot tub by the pool specifically, we were told yes. We cancelled a room and paid over $100 more for this room and THERE WAS NO HOT TUB! plus the ice machine on our floor didn't work. I would have kept the cheaper room if I had known all this.

Lamp Lights in the room did not work and did not get a response when I called the front desk. There was never and answer. Also was charged for parking parking has always been included in my past stays.

I didn’t like that the hotel had strong smell of bleach as soon as you enter the lobby is the strong bleach that welcomes you and in the room is the same it smells like bleach and cigarettes it’s just too much for me.

Not enough staff during check in check out times. No vending machines. Only 1 elevator worked most of time. Not alot of TV channels. Definitely a little high for the rooms. Overall stay was good.

The trash can in our room was full. And the bathtub appeared to have mold. Why foes this hotel charge for parking?? I've stayed at many Embassy Suites, and they do not charge for parking.

Victor at the front desk was very nice. I was impressed that later in the day, he passed while my family was sitting in the lounge, and he remembered my name.

Ac wasnt working in room when we got back that night. Had to run in high fan mode, sinks were really wobbly, and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were both empty.

Group of teenagers running around hotel. Spoiled the mode for a couples stay. Couldn't use pool and spa. The elevators were the slowest I've ever experienced. Waited forever just to get to 2nd floor.

The pool area was dirty, the corner suite I booked had a very awful smell, and could have been cleaner. Stains in the carpet and the bathroom flooded with water in the middle of the night and I never received bed linen that was requested multiple times.
