I had to pay for on site parking which was about $25/night which I find expensive since the room was already $199/night.

The rooms needed updating, the furniture was old and uncomfortable. The temperature of the room was either too hot or too cold.

no heat in the room , bathroom floor is so sticky , just not clean , found a couple of small bugs along the edge of the bathtub. The lobby and hallway is freezing with the AC setting way too low beyond the reasonable level.

The front desk was nice and helpful.

Breakfast was decent at best, food was average and the layout was challenging. Had to ask for bacon and sausage and long line to get protein. I ended up having a bowl of cereal and a glass of OJ. The room got hot during the day, but did cool off at night. Pool towels were a hit of miss, some days they had them others they were out. Hot tub head a distinct odor.

75$ pet fee for one night is STEEP

Great Location for us near shopping and family, also a real many outstanding restaraunts within a 10minute walk. Great place for pets, large area to let them run or walk them. Great free happy hour and outstanding free fresh cooked breakfast.

Not clean at all. Breakfast facilities were in adequate for the volume of people staying at the hotel. Service was inefficient. Did not have adequate towels, and did not respond to requests for housekeeping to provide towels.

Had the premium room and was not clean at all also no cleaning the second day. Downstairs is beautiful but you need more staff to clean the hotel as a whole.

Well we didn't know there was a 75 dollar early check in fee. We live in ft Lauderdale so we just could have saved 75 dollars. Ridiculous. Have been a hilton customer forever. I would really like my 75 bucks back.

the only thing was that i had a late check out and the cleaning lady came 2 times the first time open the door and i was naked in bed with my girlfriend

We love everything about this hotel! The breakfast is awesome. The best omelettes ever!! We have visited over 20 times on our many trips to the East coast. Very close to Rapids Waterpark

Regardless of dated appearance we repeatedly asked for housekeeping and the day before we checked out received clean towels and hastily made beds. We were informed at checkout of the $15 per day parking fee despite having a parking conversation with the person during checkin. Upon returning home we disputed the charge with the manager and it was reversed.

Although a good location the hotel is in need of maintenance and upgrade.

Only when the bar tender made a statement , I had too many cookies from the complimentary refreshments. I had about 8 cookies. They were for me and my family that wasn't there at the bar. It was 4 of us ! And she said it in front of the other guest that was at the bar. It was Friday evening 8/11/23. I started to say something, but I didn't. So I'm saying it now. I felt a little embarrassed, so I left the cookies.

Front desk , Ms. Nadine was very nice and extremely helpful. I have a disable daughter, and she made our accommodations for an accessible room as soon as possible. 🥰

We were in 1019 top floor. The shower was very large. No grab bars (safety) in the shower. The floor of the shower needs non slip products installed. Dangerous!!
