We didn't like that we had to pay so much for parking. We have visited the Embassy many times. This was the first time we had to show our cards. It seemed as if only certain people was asked to show it.

It was roomy!! I like the greeting on the TV. We love the breakfast!!

Public paid parking. Chart said 1 day $10. I got ticket 750pm and left 11am Nd was charged $20. Contact less room key didn't work. I checked in thru app and did not get the room I picked out. 🤔😫 Restaurant closed early due to running out of food. Ice makers on 6 of the 9 floors did not work and we had to keep coming down to restaurant for ice. Indoor pool heat didn't work and water was Cold. No paper towel in room. No cups. Breakfast waffle mix didn't work. Had to get pancake mix brought out by server in a milk dispenser. No juice only cranberry juice for breakfast.

    I loved the location!!!

the ice machines only worked on 2 floors (out of 9). this was very annoying going floor to floor trying to find ice. also indoor hot tub had cover on it (very disappointing), that should have been on the website that it was closed. also we were there for a soccer tournament, lots of other soccer families staying there, also prom and a pageant was going on nearby. very under staffed for all the people and kids there. breakfast bar saturday morning was great, but Sunday not so good. literally completely out of food by 9am and 1 worker cooking omelets with a mile long line. with all the things going on in town that weekend and the hotel being completely booked, definitely could have used more staff. other than that we loved it! super nice hotel.

Loved the location! everyone was very pleasant! super nice room and pool.

I don't expect most pull out couches to be the most comfortable but this one was really terrible. My 10 year old just slept on it as a couch. Also, no sheet were provided originally. Asked several times, then had to just go get them from the front desk clerk, who took 10 minutes to go find some. "No pillows available though, very sorry." Oh well, it was just for a night so not the end of the world.

Great location and price for the area. Nice amenities, breakfast, and cocktail hour snacks. Staff was all friendly but I felt they were understaffed maybe in the housekeeping department.

Parking was difficult. The garage adjacent to the hotel doesn’t have a functional printer. So essentially you have to pay $20 each time you park there, due to the fact that you have to select “lost ticket” to get out of the garage. Hotel was decent but seemed understaffed.

Entering the property was not well marked, very confusing. The entrance next to the parking deck is only marked with flags, there is NO sign showing entrance. The now closed entrance from the street is well marked but was locked. After we returned from my work, one young lady at the front desk did not know her surrounding area too well. Searching for a place to eat she was not very helpful.

Close location to my work and the breakfast was very good.

The indoor pool was freezing. It's the reason we choose embassy traveling with children. The hot tub was also out of order. However the pool area was clean and provided towels which was a plus. Breakfast was amazing went from (7a-10a). Staff working behind the bar were very friendly. However, there was a staff working the floor both days that "reprimanded" our party for putting fruit and grits in a "cereal bowl." We also witnessed this staff taking napkins (appox a stack of 5) from another guest beside us because "the supply truck hadn't come in, and the napkins were for breakfast not to take to the room." She also made comments about the "excessive" fruit we had on our table which was uncomfortable but I had went down early (8a) to get fruit for the 3 young children we had because it was gone the day before when we went down for breakfast at 9a, and they didn't have refills. The room it's self was not bad, not as clean as I'd expected of a Hilton but nothing that couldn't be wiped down. The biggest issue was the fitted sheet on the pull out were filthy. There were only two strait sheets in the bag and all they could provide was a bed fitted sheet at the front which was fine we just had to fix it alot. Also there were no pillows available for the pull out bed. Lastly, the fridge was frozen with several inch of ice preventing us from putting left overs inside. No on-site parking was a little inconvenient, but it was noted on the website I had just missed it at booking.

Front office staff was kind and as accommodating as possible with full bookings. The snacks with the premium suite were nice. Breakfast was great, happy hour was an exciting idea but we didn't get to participate due to the hour limitation (5:30-7, 7 days a week) The room was very spacious and as described in the listing. Also at first we were a little worried about the police presence, but found out it was right by the station which was nice to know.

One of the elevators was broken and my room was located so near the elevator that I could hear the ding at each floor. It woke me up three times while I was sleeping. Incidentally, another guest said that she visited the location last year and the elevator was broken then, too.

The place is very outdated and not very clean. I got a suite and the cushions on the chair and sofas were badly stained. There were large stains on the carpet as well. Besides the lobby, the hallways and rooms look tired and depressing.

Last time as handicap we parked for free. Garage needs more cleaning especially the trash cans. The bathroom in the second room needs re-caulking. The fitted sheet on one of the beds did not fit.

The first room was noisy and the floor vibrated because of the air conditioner. We were immediately moved to another room. Great staff!! The breakfast was great!!

The main portion that I didn't like was the lady that checked us in for our stay. I honestly don't think she knew how to do her job. She could not run my Visa card correctly and that created a pending charge on my Visa card. I finally had to use another card to pay for the room. The lady checked me out on Saturday. When presented with a bill with $0.00 balance, I asked for an itemized bill and she acted as if she did not know what I was talking about and finally printed out three copies of the itemized bill. Training is of the essence when you have employees trying to render good customer service that have not been properly trained. I will eventually go back to the Embassy to stay, I just hope that lady that I had to deal with checking in and checking out is not there. If she is there, I hope she is trained a whole lot better than when she worked with me.

Breakfast was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning the staff that was serving breakfast was better than any restaurant I've been to, they were very friendly and accommodating to all the guest they made us feel special

The waitress Cierra does not need to be working for this hotel. Her attitude was deplorable. She lied to Quinten about being inappropriately touched by a gentlemen in our group at "happy hour". There were 11 of us sitting together and we saw nothing but Quinten came over and immediately asked our friends to leave! The next morning Cierra was working in the breakfast line and refused to serve anyone who was sitting at the table the evening before. Also, my husband and I needed to be moved to a handicap room and Josh and Quinten assured us they would take care of moving all our belongings to the new room which they did except for my little travel alarm clock which never arrived!

The breakfast was quite good and the waitress "Peaches" was outstanding

Cierra accused our friend of touching her inappropriately. Then Quenton came over and without calling our friendaside to question him or to tell him what he had been accused of he just asked him to leave. We had 10 people sitting with him at that table and no way did he ever touch her. What he did do was try to help her clean off the table. I would expect an assistant manager to handle a situation like that more professionally. No one was. I was happy the way this was handled. Quinton‘s comment was that he had to look after his staff, but we felt his first concern should be his guests. He took the word of his waitress rather than asking anyone at the table if they had seen anything inappropriate. The next morning, Cierra was on the serving line for the breakfast buffet, and as we came through the line, she refused to serve us. We really think you don’t need an employee like this working for you. The only reason I clicked on the frown for staff was because of this incident. Otherwise everyone was very nice and helpful.

    Very good
