The spa and sauna did not work (the jets in the spa were not functioning, and the sauna was not heating), but the pool was very warm so I could still make use of the facility. The elevator was making a weird noise the first day, and then was closed for repairs the second day, but it's a three-story hotel, so no big deal

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfy bed. The bathtub was deep and the shower had good water pressure. The room had a huge window and a little balcony that was actually usable. The room was very quiet and had a nice view of the tree-lined courtyard. The hotel has a very large indoor pool that was not too busy. There was good coffee for breakfast and lemon water available throughout the day

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The hotel was dated. I didn't like that when I gave 2 rooms back (a month prior to arrival) there was a whole bunch of issues about the reservations and price changes. It was a pain.

Breakfast was nothing special - bagels or toast and yogurt with a couple choices of fresh fruit. The juice machine offered a pomegranate selzer choice but it was never anything more than water.

Comfortable and clean large room. Easy access from the highway but no highway noise. Convenient parking. Helpful staff. Fluffy towels. I chose this hotel because I thought the name was clever and it was close to the things I wanted to experience in Albuquerque.

Our first room smelled like smoke when we returned for dinner. We were able to change rooms, though the front desk person seemed rather put out about it. The room she gave us was facing the parking lot and the freeway. The first room was also a connecting room and the people next door could be heard very easily.

General location was great, very central to everything that we needed. The pool area looked lovely, and the interior courtyard was very pleasant.

The balcony door seals seemed to be in need of repair meaning they whistled with the wind and negative pressure in the hotel. Meaning you had to choose between a cold breeze blowing on you whilst you slept or a whistling noise.

On check in only one elevator was operational. Day two both elevators were down. My concern was for my partner who has mobility issues and the fact that we had to carry luggage three flights.

Non-working elevator, staff could have been friendlier. Breakfast was packaged muffins or eggs, if you weren't down at 6 am. Coffee was barely drinkable.

One of the elevators broke and we tried to take the stairs; I thought they were locked as we couldn't open them. The ones we tried just didn't open easily. The second receptionist I spoke to was very helpful and friendly.

The outdoor space is really pleasant. Breakfast was pretty blah but it's convenient to have a grab-and-go. The receptionist wasn't very helpful about explaining that you can get to Crowne Plaza, which has the restaurants, comfortably through the garden (from the street it would be unpleasant).

The breakfast needs improvement. Healthier options for those with different diets or food restrictions. Not enough tongs out, guests using their hands to grab the pancakes. Loud guests during the nighttime early Am hours. Had to call FD twice before it was resolved. Couldn’t get back to sleep for a couple hours after the disruption. This was inconvenient but not entirely the properties fault. The tv remote was difficult to figure out.

Ella at the front desk was friendly in the AM as we stayed over another night. The property was clean, well maintained and offered several amenities. So happy there was a laundry room and quarters available at the front desk. Also ATM in lobby. The pool, hot tub and sauna was an added bonus to our stay. They also are dog friendly which is very important when traveling for us.

It’s very huge building and you might not be close to your car.

The size of the room and my room was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking lot was lit up. Small continental breakfast in the morning. Good size tv and good size pool.
