Disappointed the fee is not mentioned until check in. Very disappointed in the gym hours. I am not able to utilize this amenity (which is very important) because it doesn’t open early enough. Also, the reakfast should start at 6:30 on weekends like it is on week days. Thank you!

I like the layout, having a room out back is quiet and easy to walk my dog. Love that dogs are allowed. The location is perfect with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The dining area and foyer is very attractive. The pool in hot tub is lovely.

Breakfast was only served until 9am, so we weren't able to eat it and the children couldn't even take cereal/cold items that were left out. The pool was also closed for maintenance on the second day of our stay, so that was unfortunate as we were not aware.

Double beds...both were really uncomfortable. Too firm for my body to handle. Bathroom needs updating. Paint, etc. Staining around the sink drain and chipped counter edges. The shower head looked ancient and dripped everywhere.

Didn’t replenish food (fruit) when empty. We were told people that come in early clean them out. If I’m paying the same I expect the same not choose from what is left. Went for breakfast daily at 8:00 which I wouldn’t consider late. The staff were always very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you.

Only a few things we weren't thrilled about. We just had higher expectations about the breakfast buffet. The food was cold, and the day they didn't have, make your own waffles, they had made some for the buffet line they were hard as a rock and cold. They should be checking the food and replenishing more often. The pool was out of towels and took a little bit to get. We kept having knock and runs. Banging on the door and running away. It got a little out of hand, and the front desk really didn't do anything about it. The kids were scared until they were reassured it was just some teenagers playing a prank. My only suggestion about the hotel itself, is that they definitely could use an update. It seems a little outdated inside the rooms.

We loved the whole lobby area. The kids loved the waterfall, fish, and turtles. The kids loved the pool and the pool area is really nice. We loved getting breakfast in the morning. Making our own waffles was the best part! The rooms are comfortable. The gift shop was cute as well and very centrally located.

On going to sleep, killed a spider that crawled out from the inside of my pillow case. Also happened to me at a motelin South Carolina. Got a severe ankle bite and had to go to an Emergency room because of the pain. Both places, yours and the one in South Carolina were first floor rooms, where it is easy for insects to come in from the outside. Probably should be sprayed at least twice per year.

The hotel was very clean and inviting. My kids loved it - saying it was "so fancy - we didn't know there was going to be wildllife (the turtle/fish pond)". The pool was lovely and the full breakfast was great.

It is clear that this hotel is on the older side and was worn out here and there. But our family had a great time

Architecturally gorgeous hotel! There was a decent size pool with a garden. There were a couple of fish ponds inside with cool looking fish. The breakfast was really fresh and tasty. They brew coffee and offer it to you. The price was very good too, considering all the amenities they have and breakfasts in the morning!

The toilet bowl in the bathroom was cracked. The bacon at breakfast was very crisp and the croissant was the worst I have ever eaten, which is why more than half of it was left on the plate.

Breakfast was with a wait person who seated us, cleaned and stocked our table and was helpful. After that it was self service. Our bed was comfortable and, like all the other rooms, had a microwave. There is plenty of parking. There was a mat in the bath to prevent slipping when taking a shower. Some people have commented adversely about the reception staff but we found the opposite. The fish pond inside was charming.
