The food in the restuarant apart from the pizza. Wasnt to standard for price or area.

The bar staff Kabin and Alex made staying in the hotel fun. If they werent there I would have gone and spent my money elsewhere. Great location.

The bar is badly lit and not very inviting. We didn't try the restaurant but it didn't look very inviting either. A note to noise-sensitive visitors: this hotel is right next to Soho House, where during our stay a DJ played loud music until early morning hours. The windows are pretty well insulated but you can still here the beat. It wasn't as quiet a stay in mid-beach as we had hoped.

Great location, with a pool and direct beach access. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the room with ocean view and a balcony! The bus from the airport stops just a block away. You can leave your luggage with the concierge if you arrive early or leave late. They also offered us pool and beach access on both our arrival and departure dates.

It is an old building and does not have much charme. Restaurant has 0 warmth to it, needs an interior decorator. Pay extra to get a seaview room as the non seaview have a boring view of a construction site

Mid beach is a bit far from the popular areas. Housekeeping only refresh the towels daily, room cleaning and bed making is every few days, not daily. Tv did not allow phone streaming.

This will be a fair and honest review. This hotel is in a Great Location! We got to our hotel a little after 4pm, check-in was suppose to be 3pm but we didn't get into our room until after 5pm. They had a very nice birthday welcome for my son which was chocolates, bed made with a heart of towels and rose petals! The management and the concierge cleaning staff made every effort to ensure we were taken care of! However, their only sore thumb is their parking service manager. Antonio was Awesome and he made our trip very pleasant alonside the young lady that ran the gift shop. They have a few challenges because the managers do not communicate well with each other and the manager over concierge service was the worst. However, their Rooms are very clean, food in the hotel restaurant was pricey but good. There is only one microwave for use in the entire hotel, so this may not be the best choice if you're bringing food to heat up or expected to dine out and have left overs. They are the highest in costs for overnight parking@ $42.00 a night plus tax compared to $30-$35 a night at other hotels. I am awaiting my final bill, but I took plenty of photos of the room to ensure that we are not charged anything opposite of parking & our breakfast because we didn't even use the free condiments (soap, water, coffee, etc). For the price & placement of hotel, I think we'll be back in 2024!

Paid 270€/night and that was too much. There wasn't even a small breakfast included. Locationwise you need a taxi everywhere.

Construction bad in front of hotel they messed up AC for over 6 hours we suffered. Bar was too small and people who go to pool walk past people drinking or trying to eat a nice dinning meal. I did not like nor did many others. Do not eat here, Eat at Lincoln drive or Espanola way. A drink by pool is okay or share a pizza. Many drink specials if you get on trolly n walk streets above or Ocean drive. Trolly is right there at hotel use.

Room was very clean and modern. View of what you could see of ocean was okay .. palm trees with coconuts was in view a lot. Lizards lol 🦎 around pool etc. That we got towel n chairs at beach.

staff weren’t very helpful at all. kept you waiting for ages when asking for something . check in girl was on phone, had to wait ages for her to get in to the computer. wasn’t helpful. no WiFi at all outside of lobby. staff said they would look in to it but never replied
